Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff throughout. Out initial room allocation had a balcony door without a lock, was able to look at a second but that was the same. The third choice came with a lock. Beds were hard, the wet room got wet during every shower time and there was no hot drinks facilities. Breakfast had good and bad points but seemed shoe horned as the outside space couldn't be used due to inclement weather. Eventually we had to leave 2 nights early as the beds were proving too uncomfortable for my wife.

The structure is worn down but the staff is great and super cute. They make you forget the rest. Position is also great!

Value for money and in central Rhodes town

Savoy is a good place to stay. Mainly due to proximity to the Old Town And Marina. Friendly atmosphere. Nothing fancy.

The location to the old town, bus station, was great. Very helpful, happy reception staff. Excellent breakfast.

When we arrived at the Savoy Hotel we were greeted by Kate the receptionist who was very friendly, polite and accommodating and helpful with information of the area and places to visit in Rhodes. The kitchen staff were excellent, hard working and polite and went out of their way to help where needed. Breakfast was spot on with a variety of different choices and plenty of it including full English, cereals, fresh fruits, tea, coffee, juices etc. The room where we stayed, although basic, had good AC, wifi and a balcony and was cleaned every day. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay especially as the location is walking distance to Rhodes old town. definitely will go back to the Savoy hotel on our next visit to Rhodes.

I only used the hotel overnight as had to catch a morning ferry after a late evening flight The room could do with a good scrub and an overhaul. The sink had lost it's enamel, so didn't bother using the bathroom. the breakfast was disgusting. The coffee was Luke warm, the juice machine was just dispensing water as there was no concentrate in any of the different choices and the bacon on the heated plate was cold, not Luke warm, but refrigerator cold. Didn't eat or drink anything, or wash, only sleep there for 6 hours Had a lovely coffee and pastry in a cafe on way to the port

Staff were extremely helpful and I loved that the front desk was staffed 24/7. Very nice people working there. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night but it’s a very central hotel within a short walking distance of pretty much everything. Young gentleman at reception who we spoke to every day was super helpful and gave amazing restaurant recommendations. Room was clean and bed super comfy.

The breakfast area was dirty, food in cool cabinet was warm. There was only one light working and wires were poking out of wall. Room very small and dark with a door opening onto a light well and no window.

I found this hotel just what I needed. The front desk staff were fabulous, helpful and friendly. It is located near the Marina and surrounded by a number of cafes and bars. My room was spacious and had a balcony and air conditioning. If I return to Rhodes, I will definately consider using this Hotel again.

I arrived late at night, and although the staff member was abrupt, my check-in was handled efficiently. I found the room and its facilities very comfortable - better than other 2 star accommodation which I've stayed in. Breakfast was also better than the equivalent properties. It's in an excellent location so, all-in-all, I found it to be somewhere I would not hesitate to book again.

Almost empty but didn’t get balcony. This place is okay for one or two days but not great for longer. Breakfast average.

We checked in late might andthere was an issue with the card payment which was resolved in the morning. Room was clean but poor condition with rotted wood in bathroom. We could feel yhe springs through matress and small holes in sheet. Noisy residents until 2am. Breakfast was excellent but wouldnt recommend due to quality of room.

lSpotlessly clean staff always pleasant and helpful. whenever i visit Rodos I always stay at the Savoy and have done for a number of years.

Very simple, very basic, but as ever very friendly welcome and all you need for a one night dtop over. Would not recommend for a long stay, as very few facilities, but what they had worked for us.

Close to old town, close to the port, shopping,

The location is good, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was a slightly odd setup with no shower curtain between the shower and the rest of the room. Overall feels a bit tired - but in no way horrible. There is free car parking about 5 minutes walk away, which was a real help

Fabulous little hotel. Comfy, clean and friendly. Good breakfast choice and the terrace area by the breakfast room is very pretty. Not much of a view and we didn’t have a balcony, but it’s a city hotel at s good price and it’s only for a sleep and a shower. Will be staying here again.
