The hotel is right in the center, 200m walk to the train station. Right near Chinatown, reasonable price, no private toilet, shared toilet is still very clean. Food near that area is ok, if you take the time to walk you will see Thai & Chinese restaurants that are ok.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. I stayed here for 3 days and they only gave me the tea and sugar once, they did not even clean the tray with dirty glass. plus I was super disappointed because I wasn't informed that there had been a construction ongoing. It was so noisy, windows were blocked and no compensation for this. It was written that smoking was prohibited but my room smelled like rotten tobaccos. Please note that when you book this place, all you want is sleep and I recommend only 1 or 2 nights. There was no aircon/thermostat, you must wear sweaters/jackets indoor during winter.

Stay in room no. 39. The noise is too loud for people to even rest. Ventilation is poor. I check out this morning and realise I left my towel at the room. Directly call up to the hotel at 3.35pm and told all our item will be thrown out once we check out. I wonder if any valuable left behind will be 'thrown out' too. Highly not recommended.

The room itself is fine but you can hear all the noise coming from adjacent rooms or the room on top. Wasn't able to sleep one night due to loud banging from the room upstairs and the room beside mine. (Stayed at 1st floor on a 2 store bldg). No elevator as well so if you are carrying a big luggage, it would be difficult. Shared bathrooms need to be cleaned more. Staff were friendly and helpful though.
