Good hotel, clean rooms! Liked Nespresso machines in the room but only 2 pods for 2 days. Pillows too worn out

towel rail needed in the bathroom, no coffee or tea, no fridge, but nice room and bathroom facilities. Its a shame no restaurant on site even if simply fair after you have been traveling.

We needed to arrive late, and the staff were just wonderful about staying up for us. It was very convenient to stay here, and it was clean.

The woman at the concierge was the most grumpy, unfriendly, rude and useless host I have ever encountered in my years of travelling for work almost every week around Europe. e.g. at 9 pm when already in the room in my pijama I have called down to the lobby for obtaining the wifi password, and she told me I had to go down to see it from a sign on the desk. I explained that I was already undressed and asked politely if she could say it simply on the phone, but she insisted that I had to go down. So I had to dress up again and go down two floors just because of her unwillingness to help. Once down the wifi password was a simple unchanging word and she did not even look at me apologetically. You can expect this level of service at this hotel. Appalling!

Room and bathroom qualy of the INNdependance hotel were very nice, clean and well designed. My experience at This hotel was very pleasant and excellent.

Quiet and comfortable room, reasonably priced and with car parking available at no extra cost. A good place for a stop-over.

Great place -- a little out of the way. Worst part was heat wave and no air conditioning !!!

There were only sheer curtains, which means very little privacy and the outside security light shines like a miniature sun into the room all night. The beds were rock hard and the pillows were empty sacks.

Wasn't sure about the hotel right when we pulled up in the taxi, but the rooms were spacious, clean and modern -- a very comfortable place to stay.

Liked the way hotel Inndependence staff worked: professionally and efficiently and always with kind concern. The ethic of inclusive hospitality is matched by clean pleasant rooms & nice prices.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Hotel Inndependence. Our stay was for eight days so it was good to have a really nice place for that length of time. We were treated like welcome guests and given every courtesy. Alec, the person in charge at the desk, went out of his way to make our stay special. Since the part of the hotel that we stayed in was new everything was in tip-top shape and worked great. The breakfast, which was included in our room rate, was outstanding with a great selection of hot and cold foods. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job, as did the restaurant servers. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Personnel agréable et sympathique. Lieux très propres et entretenus. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Hôtel calme.

Tolles Hotel in sehr praktischer Lage

Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig, meins war nicht barrierefrei. Seltsame Badgestaltung - keine Aufhängemöglichkeit für ein Handtuch in der Nähe des Waschbeckens. Frühstück OK, aber wenig Auswahl für Veganer. Innenstadt fussläufig erreichbar, ca. 30 Minuten. Nachsenden von vergessenen Gegenständen unverhältnismäßig teuer. Fluglärm

Ich hatte das Zimmer im Anbau. Es war herrlich geräumig mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Bequemes Bett und ruhig geschlafen. Allerdings kann ich das Frühstück nicht empfehlen.

Freundlich wurde ich empfangen. Das Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet und die Ausstattung gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Service schlecht, auf Absprachen mit Rezeption kann man sich nicht verlassen (fraglich mitarbeiterabhängig?!), Notfallnummer des Hotels nicht besetzt!!

Das Hotel kann man eindeutig als gutes bezeichnen. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, war eine Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer. Im August 2020 absolut ein Muss...

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, sehr gepflegte Zimmer, sauber, die Freundlichkeit einiger Mitarbeiter sind ausbaufähig. Der einzige Nachteil, die hohen Parkgebühren.
