Nice quiet area. Lots of parking. Staff spoke limited English which was great for me to practice my limited Spanish! Breakfast was good and the evening restaurant was a good price.

Staff at reception wasn't friendly... There was no greeting nor information given about our room's location, breakfast location and time, WiFi etc.. Toilet was not clean upon arrival and hair found in the shower.

We were looking for a small boutique style hotel where we could experience the local culture of the Basque Country. It was everything we hoped for and more! The spa was amazing and the cafeteria had good food. The hotel staff is wonderful. Areatza is a beautiful picturesque village with charming well kept homes and landscaping

Comienzo por lo bueno: el hotel es muy cómodo, en un pueblo muy lindo. La relación calidad/precio me parece muy buena. La habitación estaba límpia y era amplia, todo bien. Lo único malo que podría decir, es el desayuno: es un buffet que salvo una o dos cosas (como la fruta) tiene productos de calidad regular, al menos considerando que costaba 10 euros por persona. De todas formas, un muy buen hotel, recomendado, aunque la próxima vez iría a desayunar fuera.

Lovely hotel basic but clean and comfortable - would use again. Stayed one night bed and breakfast as part of a longer trip. Efficient check in/check out. Pet friendly - (we travelled with our pet dog). Staff friendly and also spoke English. Continental breakfast and range of drinks.

The hotel Balneario Areatza is located in the beautiful Basque countryside. But our room was next to the elevator, and we could hear it and all the people in it all night. This meant we did not have a quiet sleep. The staff was very friendly.

I booked a room with half board included, and the food was very good. The single problem was the internet, it's not working at the second floor. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel, clean enough, good breakfast

Overall the stay was fine. The desk was manned by the bartender who was very busy. There is a buffet restaurant or stale sandwiches from the bar. Breakfast was average. Bar was noisy at night. The shower door was broken and did not close so the floor got all wet.

This is a clean and bright hotel with very friendly staff. We read the reviews about noise so used ear-plugs as we normally do in hotels and had a great night's sleep. Great food and excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Hacía frio en la habitacion cuando llegamos y nos dijeron que no podian cambiar la temperatura, había pelos en la almohada y el bufet del desayuno, por ejemplo, el embutido que tenían no tenía nada de buena pinta. Lo unico positivo que las camas eran cómodas.

El hotel no está cuidado NO TIENE CALEFACCIÓN NI AIRE ACONDICINADO EN LAS HABITACIONES

Nos quedamos una noche, íbamos desde Madrid directamente y nos dejamos un cepillo de dientes eléctrico valorado en 100€ que jamás pudimos recuperar, porque según ellos no encontraron nada en la habitación. El hotel en sí está más bien para tener dos estrellas en lugar de 3.

Buona struttura nel gradevole paese di Areatza. Stanza e bagno di ampia metratura, letti comodi, ottimo livello di pulizia. Difficolta' di connessione al WiFi. Ampio parcheggio.

Quiero agradecer en especial a la empleada del balneario que me atendió porque tuvo muchísima paciencia conmigo y fue extremadamente amable muchisimas gracias de verdad y lo que menos me gustó fue el wiffi no me llegaba a la habitación se cortaba constantemente y la tele la tuve que pasar mis datos pero por lo demas todo genial
