Check in was easy. Lotsnof parking available. Our room was very clean and specious. Staff have been very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice, upgraded us to a suite and allowed us to do a late check out so that we could enjoy a few more hours in the city.

Very nice hotel! Enjoyed our stay for the most part and most of the staff are very accommodating going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I dont want one bad apple to hurt a review but i will mention that the night auditor who states hes from England is very rude to the point where it was very uncomfortable to even take to him. He told us that canadians dont understand english

Quiet easy check in worth what you pay to stay here

TV didn't work properly... old technology, picture was blotchy/blocky as it was trying to constantly update (annoying to watch)... a minor point since we were not there to watch TV. BUT, if there's a TV in the room, get it working properly OR remove it.

The good: • Relatively large room • Fairly large parking lot. Parking is free. • Quiet hotel. Safe neighbourhood. The bad: • There is no safe in the rooms. • The Wi-Fi is open/unsecured. I had to use my cell-phone as hot spot for my laptop. • Not a single USB charging port in the room. • The AC is loud and blowing right above one of the beds. • The TV image kept going on and off. One chanel had no sound. • Breakfast was of mediocre quality and cold. The ugly: • The carpets are full of stains - inside and outside the room.

Check-in was good. The front desk person was friendly and very helpful. Even though we were a little early for check in time, One of our 2 rooms was not quite ready yet, but got upgraded to a suite room; which was nice and appreciated. The TV remote batteries were dead and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, but the guest service personnel came to our room and took care of it very quickly. The complimentary hot breakfast was good as expected for Holiday Inn and plenty of seats in the dining room and also outdoor seating available as well. There was plenty of parking spaces and hotel was clean and a nice stay overall. Will definitely keep this hotel on our list for our next trip to Ottawa.

Arrived late but room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast selection was great. Wonderful property!

Convenient parking ,clean, nice free breakfast. Noted bathroom did not have a makeup mirror.
