Nice food, gentle people, but the rooms are a little bit small. The beds in the new building are to small, only 80x200 cm. Thats a shame

Very good breakfast, and every thing was good, the only inconvenience is a bit struggled to find a close parking space even if you pay.

Fine room good airline, a little noice from the highway. Small but okay fitness. Good breakfast. Okay opportunities for dining and shopping close by.

This is a large modern hotel quite a way outside of Trondheim, although the bus stop is only over the road and takes only 20mins to reach the city centre. I stayed with my wife and 15yr old son in a family room - he had a mezzanine style bunk bed above our bed which was pretty cool. Bathroom, shower and room was modern and v clean. The breakfast buffet was enormous with loads of choice. The bar area/reception also had a free shuffleboard and other fun games which we enjoyed. Would’ve liked to have been closer to the city centre, but a short-ish bus ride wasn’t bad. There are two big shopping centres around the hotel with fast-food style restaurants. If you’re ok with being so far out of town, stay here because it is v nice and reasonably priced.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Property has a faded quality approaching gentile poverty. The upstair living area is a no-go area if you are elderly or have knee/hip issues The door locking procedure when you leave the room should have been explained at check-in

Great Breakfast

No AC in the room we were given made sleeping hard. The window opened but there was a bush road below. The room was relatively old. The area was a commercial area that was taken over by motorized young people racing one and other on the shopping mall parking lot. If you book make sure you get a room in the New part. I won’t be staying here again.

Great hotel. Parking is slightly expensive but that applies to most city hotels. Great breakfast buffet.

Everything is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and polite. The only negative is the room and the bathroom are a bit small but they’re clean. Also there’s construction going on. I would stay there again when I come visit the area.

The rooms were small, but very neat and organized. No air conditioning, but the front desk provided fans, and you can open windows. Summertime in Norway is not too hot, so it was very bearable. Although the hotel was undergoing renovations at the time, the rooms were very quiet. The front desk apologized for their restaurant being closed and stated that only cold breakfast would be served. Much to our delight, their cold breakfast had a wondrous variety of foods to choose from. I would definitely stay there again.

Was an excellent experience, but there is a lot of construction on the hotel which will make it even better, but did create some inconveniences.

The hotel was a construction site. Heavy machines and worksmen making a lot of noise right outside my room from 07:00. Holes in the walls inside my room, to get to the breakfast i had to go out and around a corner through building site. Breakfast was sparse and the plates and cutlery was cardboard. I had a double bed in the room but the blanket was small and couldnt cover me all the way around when laying on the side. I booked "quality comfort panorama hotel" but got a room in their old building, i think it is false advertising and quite honestly disappointed. Also be aware, parking is really expensive, 250 NOK,- each day.
