Nos hospedamos en la suite familiar pero tenia roto el sillon cama para los niños y no tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion en el primer piso. De noche hubo un evento y no se podia dormir del ruido. Preciosa piscina exterior pero no habia sombrillas ni reposeras. Los baños estaban muy sucios. La piscina cerrada estaba fria y el area del jacuzzi estaba con agua encharcada en la zona de los controles. Servcico a la habitacion demoro mas de una hora y media (para una pizza) y cuando llego estaba apenas cocida y fria.

Nice property and enjoyed my stay

Nice out of city property close to the airport. Vast amounts of unrestricted parking. Lovely green grounds, with pond, outdoor pool, and playing areas. Nice enough indoor pool, and gym, sauna although this area was a little tried and could do with improvement. Nice enough breakfast given the price. Food choice in the restaurant very limited but fine for a short stay. Other local options seem to only cater for lunch. Great Price to quality ratio.

The hotel, while out of town, is freeway adjacent and convenient as an overnight stopover. Beautiful, serene grounds and large comfortable rooms. Would stay here agaim

We had some difficulty with our flight out of Uruguay and decided to stay an extra night at this hotel. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. They welcomed our 2 dachshunds and made the remainder of our stay worry free.

Great for a family with kids even in the winter. The rooms are spacious.

El lugar es espectacular, pero el servicio es deficiente. Falta personal. No tenían café, pan, platos suficientes a la hora del desayuno, considerando que son unas pocas mesas. Quisimos pedir algo para merendar, pero al ser las 19.10hs, se nos dijo que no podían, porque a partir de las 19hs se manejaba el menú de la cena. Insólito.

This property has a nice restaurant and has both an indoor and outdoor pool. Great for a family. They have bikes and kayaks available to use to explore the grounds. Beautiful views and tranquile setting.

The hotel was very nice. We stayed only for one night. The food was vey bad. I made a special request to send the food to our room and take care with the higiene and COVID because my daughter has ended a treatment and lacks of defenses. They brought our meal without covering the dishes and they where also not wearing masks. Breakfast was also vey bad. By the time we check out we where charged the taxes. As foreigners we don't have to pay them. We were very disappointed with the hotel.
