The staff were not friendly at all any time we encountered them. The sink in the bathroom leaked a stream of water and even after informing the hotel, they did nothing to resolve it or nueve us. The pool was not working and completely drained. The hallways were very dark throughout the property. Even though we’re staying there for 4 nights, each day our keys stopped working and we had to get them reset each day. The restaurant was anything but good. The food was very bad tasting. There were no coffee pots in its rooms and we had to pay for coffee daily, which was only about a 3 oz cup for $4 USD.
