Very friendly staff and an easy check-in

Just some stains on chair and carpet. Toilet didn’t flush in room 219. Needed to sleep so didn’t want to deal with complaining… was very surprised for a Hampton… usually Hamptons are very nice

Comfortable place. Good breakfast. Toilet ran my last day. That was annoying. After check in some areas weren't cleaned well but i wiped down.

The room was fine, but we waited a very long time for anyone to show up to check us in.

Stayed one night. Was very clean, room was pleasant smelling and everyone was very nice.

Front desk person was rude and brusk. Rooms are circa 1985. Decent hotel breakfast. Hotel TV remotes don’t control the TVs.

Very pleasant stay, many desk staff were very helpful and friendly, two stand out to me, Jeannette and Betsy. Thank you all for your hospitality. Was a refreshing stay and worked perfectly for the wedding I attended. Thanks again!

Amazing hotel so clean staff is awesome.

The only mentionable item to improve would be the shower head in my room. Is in desperate need of updating.

It was ok

We arrived to our room, I had to use the bathroom and when I flushed toilet was clogged and over flowed all over the bathroom floor!!!! I called the women who had just checked us in to be told she was the only one on in the building and there was no maintence or housekeeping. My husband was handed a plunger and told he could get cleaning supplies and had to do it himself. We had literally just checked in!!! When asked about another room was told they were full ….. being it was a holiday weekend we had to bite our tongue as we traveled with two kids and it was 7 pm. The next morning I was pretty upset how the situation was handled and asked if maybe they could do something to make it right, maybe just comp the night as this was a Hilton after all. But apparently when hotels.com called in support of my request the owner pretty much told them his team checked the room before they left no staff in the building and it was their policy. Hotels.com gave me wonderful customer service and tried to make it right but shame on the owner. I have been staying at this hotel since it was built as we have family in the area and I will never give them my business again.

I was given a handicap room and am not handicapped. Therefore I didn’t have an easy chair which is a great inconvenience.
