Very authentic hotel with amazing pool, decent and helpful stuff, very delicious and generous food portions. You have access to nice beach but avoid lunch at the beach not really nice. Stuff are the most spectacular in this hotel . Thank you

Expect the unexpected! I’ve long be a loyal client of this hotel! Beautifully designed rooms, soft bedding and beautiful views! The resturant although all inclusive services a stunning aray of fresh food! New addition of Mo in animation brings a new fresh energy to the hotel also! Truely a great hotel all round and an exceptional location with shops, restaurants and bars within moments from your doorstep.

Hotel and surrounding areas are aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Staff made sure everyone was having the best service. Everything was a 10/10 expect for the shower but it got the job done.

Very quiet

The hotel was perfectly situated around the lagoon and within easy walking distance to the shops restaurants and bars. very picturesque, nice quiet area, we felt very safe here.

The hotel facilities are great, we really enjoyed and our children too! The breakfast buffet has everything you need to start the day. The pool is not very big but it’s nice and the pool bar is really good too serving both drinks and food as well! There’s a small boat to go to Zaytona beach which while not great, it’s good enough. Based on this hotel it’s easy to go Sahl Hasheesh or Soma Bay for a day trip and enjoy everything the Red Sea has to offer. For a family it is very safe for the children to explore and have fun so the parents can also enjoy. El Gouna town is a short walk and had many shops and restaurants where very kind and nice people awaits your visit. Would recommend 100%

We are so glad we went with Sultan Bey after shopping around a bit. The all inclusive was totally worth it, everyday there was a new delicious cocktail. There was always a shady spot at the pool bar or the pool or the beach area. Access to Zeytouna beach was a big bonus. Absolutely gorgeous, and only a very short boat ride away. And the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We'd love to make it back someday!

Really all about. Fantastic resort from all aspects

Despite its name, it isn't all-inclusive. The A/C wasn't working great, and there wasn't enough lighting in the room. The best thing about the hotel is the flowers and view outside. Breakfast was nice too. The area is dead though, maybe because of corona, but we seemed like the only ones at the hotel. Front office staff was nice and accommodating of our needs. But wouldn't rebook this same hotel.
