We had terrible internet connection and it took a long time to find someone to help. We were not able to connect to their network but thankfully the owner and his wife happened to be on site and they helped us get connected using a different network. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from. Room was very basic and small but it was fine for one night.

The property was lovely! Cute cottages. Check in was quick and had no problem with reservations.

The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Pancake breakfast was not good. Pancakes were 3 inches in diameter and 1/8 inch thick. So dry the syrup just ran off them. Servers were very good.

Breakfast was great and included in the price. There was no fridge in our room and the room was a bit dated, but the garden was lovely.

Great place, big and clean rooms and nice staff. Great location - right on the millenium trail, and nice and quiet with a restaurant on site. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in Picton. Good food, breakfast free with each night. Tasty and hearty. The staff was absolutely delightful, competent, and helpful. Room was spacious, nice bedding, large bathroom. Only issue for me was dusty fixtures, surely a small oversight, but not great for.anyone.with dust allergies. Apart from that, the space.was neat and tidy.

The property is beautiful with gardens and a gazebo and a rail trail near by. Some of the buildings could use a face lift, our room although clean had old stains on the carpet. One of the electrical outlets was wonky..and possibly pose a safety hazard. The pillows and mattress were not great…okay for our one night stay. Entertainment most nights except Mondays at the pub on site. The complimentary breakfast included was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast included is a great breakfast highly recommend. Room are lovely. Only improvement that could be made is to the shower. It is a corner shower a a very small but there was a large bathtub so I used that instead.

Very adult / couples kind of place. Live band was outstanding and changes nightly. Cozy atmosphere in the restaurants and pub/ bar. Breakfast overlooks the attractive gardens. Our suite was very spacious and clean. Scant decor and alot of bare walls which is minimalist and truly boring. An easy fix for management. Make it inviting ! Please scrub the green algae off the porch and those wonderful, comfortable and expensive muskoka chairs. The porches are very welcoming and should be enjoyed by everyone but who’s gonna sit there in its neglected state ?

Our first time at The Waring House. We stayed in the Quaker Lodge. A beautiful room and location. Quiet and spacious. The food in the pub was super and the staff were friendly. Great breakfast, but the potatoes were a little too spicy for breakfast. Will definitely be back again.

Not that helpful ...here is your key and no interaction like we didn't know for reservations for dinner . Served food no plates .forks .no napkins...actually had to go to the bar for the stuff Steak tastes like it was cooked in. Oven ..no taste and over whipped Potatoes Desert was good ...

L’espace des lieux extérieurs est beau mais l’odeur dans la chambre vraiment très désagréables.Odeur d’humidité etpour les matelas c’est un surpiqué qu’il y a en dessous pas confortable du tout mal de dos le lendemain pour chacun de nous. Il y a différentes bâtiments nous etions celui près du chemin donc bruyant la porte patio ouverte.Le déjeuner était bon.

Beautiful property but the rooms are tired. They really need new carpets, painting and maybe some newer furniture. That said, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the grounds are beautiful, the restaurant is good and the service is friendly.

The outdoor is well maintained and staff is very helpful. We stayed in two different rooms, both are outdated and dusty. But, the bathrooms were cleaned.
