All the staff were super. Ate Breakfast, Lunch and Tea there and was very impressed. Receptionist stayed up late to welcome me and remembered my name which was a lovely personal touch - would stay again any time!

Great hotel with excellent staff

+) We stayed in a family double room with our 18 months old kid. The bed room was separated from a little private living room. It’s great to have a chance eat and feed the kid in a separate room. The staff were not available at the hotel from evening and after but they were accessible via phone. The fresh wooden floor make it a pleasant stay. -) This hotel is pet friendly might not be appropriate for allergic people. The rooms are located at second floor and there is no lift in the house so not suitable with people with disabilities or strollers. It would be great to add more options for the coffee rather than regular can coffe for the breakfast! Thanks again

Standard hotel in a small town in Sweden. Good sleep. Gislaved is a small place and some of the few restaurants close early on a Saturday (20.00) in October 2021, even after Covid-restrictions are gone. Hotel has a restaurant and a friendly bar with games but was not packed. And no noise to the room.

This is a functional hotel in a small town. The staff where friendly and there were several nice little touches. The place itself was a bit tired and could do with some refurbishment. The room was small and the en-suite shower room quite basic Breakfast was good

Det hele var bare rigtig godt. Passede perfekt til familier, og specielt fædre med børn.

Værelset var ikke stort. Personalet flinke. Rent på værelset, men der var skægkræ.

Rejsen var en skitur til Isaberg (weekend). Denne gang var vores tredje besøg til hotellet. Fint værelse. Pæn og hyggelig restaurant til hhv. aften- og morgenmad. Venligt personale. Hyggelig hotelbar med spil som også er familievenlig hvis man rejser med børn. Ladestander ved p-plads hvis man kommer i elbil. Vi kommer tilbage hertil igen.

Vi stannade över julhelgen. Frukosten hade ett stort utbud och var i linje med julens tema, med risgrynsgröt, pepparkakor och vörtbröd. Otroligt trevlig service.

Sehr freundliches Personal, niedliches Hotel, das Zimmer mit Hund war schlicht und zweckmäßig, sehr sauber. Super leckeres, reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Auch das Bistro hat uns gut gefallen.

Mangler personale. Der er ikke nogen personale efter kl 13. Sengen var ikke då godt. Jeg har ikke sovet godt . Morgenmad er ikke oppe til standard. Address til opholdsted stemme ikke.
