Supposed to have already had my room reserved through Expedia n when I get there was told I didn’t have a room

The hallways smelled like urine. I picked this hotel because it had a pool. The pool had been closed for over a year.

The pool has no water. The bolt on the door was missing. I couldn't get the key to work my door half the time. All employees are very friendly and helpful.

It’s very dirty sheets stained smelled, the pool was dry no water carpet stain, chair in room stained, white sheet were yellow

No ice machines at all. No breakfast at all. Was told it has been closed for a long time. Pool is closed. Couldn’t get new sheets and towels without asking on 2 occasions.

Needs a bit more attention to property

Well, I arroved realizing that any hotel in Midland TX that is less than $100 a night is not that great. Teenager at counter was helpful but room or halls stunk of cigarette, needed to ise two cards at once at door for it to open after finagling, bed sheets were clean but restroom towels had brown blotches appearing to be blood or somethong else 💩. Also if looking closely walls in restroom and room had some type of filth. Shower had decemt hot and cold towels but I would never stay again or reccomend anyone I know to stay there.

Instant regret the minute I walked through the door. The lobby was very dirty and it had a weird smell. The walk to the elevator was terrible it smelled like a pet shop. The 2nd floor wasn’t any better I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. Surprisingly the room was clean and the ac worked, def not coming back.

They took my husband personal pillow and blanket out of his room even though it was booked for 2 more nights. We then had to track it down

Would be 5 stars, but no breakfast yet! Other than that it is a great place to stay. I stay here for work. I like that the beds are made daily and the place is clean.

Elevator did not work… not up to date for electronics

This place is disgusting. We decided to leave. We’ve never had this happen to us. The bed was dirty. The window was broken. It smelled like cigarettes. It was just gross.
