The so-called eco friendly messaging is just a way of covering up for doing things on the cheap. The air conditioning was turned off, even though it was 25 degrees. We had to sleep with the windows open at night. The fitness center was hidden away in back of the bar. The desk clerk had to open it. Of the three machines, two were broken. There were also no towels.

El hotel está ubicado en muy buena zona, cercano a muy buenos centros comerciales, habitación de 32m2 era espaciosa sin embargo El hotel en general estaba limpio, pero la experiencia no fue satisfactoria. La cama era incómoda, con una superficie irregular y sin forma plana, lo que dificultaba el descanso. El cubrecama tenía un olor rancio en lugar de un aroma fresco y limpio, las sábanas eran blancas pero percudidas y se veían desgastadas, además las almohadas no tenían protectores. Las toallas eran muy pequeñas finas de poco grosor y también estaban gastadas. En general, las instalaciones y la calidad del servicio resultaron bastante básicas y no corresponden a lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Simple hotel appropriate for a business stay. Personnel is very kind. Rooms are on the small side. Location very convenient for my needs.

Not a lot around the hotel but the hotel itself was an oasis of calm. All in all a nice stay

Excellent hotel

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff always willing to help you. Rooms are small but functional and comfortable double bed. The hotel has good facilities and the food is very good. The only issue is that the car parking access does not have any signage and the roads surrounding the hotel are very busy with double and triple parked cars. Apart from this a very enjoyable stay.

I was given a room that had someone in it. Then reception desk didnt seem to believe that the room was occupied when i told them. Ultimately, they had no other room available and i had to find another hotel. Awful experience

Excellent Hotel, location was just 8 mins walk to Centro Comercial Oeste. The room was impeccable, breakfast was very good with fresh fruits every morning and they make my coffee as I requested every morning. I had a car and the parking was very easy to get in-out and I love the parking elevator take me to my room-floor. I stayed 7 days and I feel like it was my home. Will be in Madrid again in the next 4 months and will stay at Majadahonda Hotel.

The place is well located. It needs to be more careful with the room service.

The hotel is in construction at this time (7/7-7/10). We were on the second floor which is the top floor. From about 0800 until 1700 the noise was really bad. I mean really loud. We were so jet lagged the first two nights that it didn’t bother me that bad but my wife isn’t as good a sleeper as me! So I’d caution about staying there if the construction is going on and if you’re on floor 2. That said, the room was nice, the bed comfortable, and once we got our bearings, we found places to eat and things to do In the vicinity. We were in that area to be near family but then moved downtown Madrid. Which of course is a more happening place. The hotel restaurant was very adequate. There were some hairs on the shower walls but at least they weren’t in the beds haha! Basically clean. Additionally, I left some personal items in the bedside table drawer and when I called they retrieved them and I was able to go pick them up. So generally, hotels.com got me a good rate for a decent hotel with honest staff. It’s not the Ritz but it is a fine place to stay! Bottom line: I do recommend it if you are in this area!

The rooms were below the standard I expected. The bathroom had an old shower curtain which was unpleasant. The shower was disappointing. The air conditioning was feeble an inadequate. During the night there was an external shutter somewhere on the roof that was not secured so was continually banging in the wind and kept me awake. Parking in the area was very difficult. At 2:30 in the morning I was woken by a car alarm. I went to investigate but the front door was locked and the night staff was not there to open it. He eventually appeared from a back room after I had been calling and ringing the bell on the counter for some considerable time.
