The property Is beautiful and very pleasant to stay at, however they may be short staffed or overworked, as the service was not up to the standard of the room rate. Our food was late, sometimes cold.

Cervo had a high rating on many platforms but we were very disapointed in which condition we found this place. The hotel was not ready for our arrival, e.g. construction work was on going, ski room was not opened yet, dust everywhere incl.our room, from 5 restaurants/bars on the webpage only 1-2 opened, room cleaning only by request and not even properly done, restaurants reservations were mixed up several times. Despite nice design, beautiful spa area, nice food and good selection of wines, the place seemed poorly run and we felt that the hotel did not meet the 5* standard.

The chalet is pretty new and in very good condition. It’s high up on the hill, so it has a good view.

This was our first trip to Zermatt. From the moment we walked in we felt special. Our room had a perfect view of the Matterhorn and could not have been more comfortable. From the daily stocking of Swiss beer in the fridge to the heated floors in the bathroom everything was perfect. Our meal at Puro was the best of our trip - the food and service were legendary. The location is wonderful with access by elevator and tunnel just outside of the center of town. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!

Amazing staff and service. Arrived very late and they made us food after the restaurant was closed. Opened wine for us. Quickly checked us in. I would never stay anywhere else

Fantastic property in one of the location in Zermatt! Staff are absolutely fantastic and so nice! The food including the breakfast is absolutely delicious! Everything is taken care of to the details! I would definitely come back again.

The staff are outstanding, the restaurant is great and very popular so make sure to book your table. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with great views from the balcony.

Cervo is the BEST place to stay in Zermatt. Everything was perfect. Not only they had great service, but also their breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Terrace had an amazing view. There was an elevator going down to Zermatt-Sunnegga station. We had a wonderful time at Cervo and would stay here again next time we visit Zermatt.
