The property needs to be revamped. I had seen photos and reviews that don’t match what rooms are like, but an ok option. Good breakfast and nice and professional employees.

Located in a very good location. Front desk lady was rude when asked for advice on getting around. Was constantly on the phone which echoed through the entire stair well into the late hours and then again in the morning around 6am. Extremely loud, but a convenient spot....and dont try ask for directions.:)

Hotel noisy, i was on the first floor, lots of noise around 6am from reception area. Room was very small, not very comfortable

Friendly staff and warm welcome. Room was clean but very dated and in need of uplift. Very limited parking (possibly even just one space). Carpet in hallway on my floor was very old, frayed and dirty. Never reassuring when you get to the room and it looks like someone had tried getting in with a screwdriver. However, it was safe and locked ok to be fair. Breakfast was poor and not much choice.

It has been a wonderful stay, I am a student and will be moving out soon, but it is a calm place to be and a walk away from everything, clean, and wonderful staff.

This hotel is convenient if you wish to be close to Malpensa Airport. The hotel has also its own parking under the hotel which is very convenient as it is located in the middle of Novara. Novara itself is not too interesting and there is a lack of restaurants where the hotel is. The staff were very helpful and the price for an overnight stay with breakfast was a bargain.

Stayed for one night in Novara due to it's location near Malpensa. Very basic hotel in a city where there was no much going on even on Friday night. Hote lwas decent and reasonably priced, staff friendly and helpful

L"hotel è in posizione ottimale e la camera era ampia e dotata di quanto previsto per la categoria (tv a schermo piatto, frigobar anche se vuoto, mobilio abbastanza nuovo) però le condizioni igieniche sino davvero preoccuparti sia per quanto riguarda ul bagno (abbiamo trovato capelli a terra, il bordo intreno del wc nero, sul lavandino una saponetta già usata con tanto di incarto poggiato sul lato) che la camera con la muffa sulle pateti. La sala colazione è insufficiente per gli ospiti, ho bevuto un cappiccino in piedi tra le mille tazze sporche sul bancone. Un vero peccato perché basterebbe veramente poco per fare meglio ma nonostante l'ottima posizione non ci tornerei.

Hotel très vieillot, literie très moyenne. Rideaux décrochés, volets roulants cassés. Propreté très limite.

Chambre spacieuse mais vieillissante avec un lit double matelas pas très agréable pour un couple. Petit déjeuner minimaliste, obligation d'être sortis du petit déjeuner a 9h30 pétante... Le personnel variable selon la personne

Ottimo per chi deve fare viaggi di lavoro

Peccato per un hotel che si trovi a 2 passi dal centro storico. Pagato poco e giustamente anche i servizi erano tali quali. Datato , frigo che non funziona,il clima che non và. Di pulito c'erano solo le lenzuola e li asciugamani purtroppo. La colazione in un posto sotto terra, sembrava in un bunker, piccolo posto e buio. Colazione scadente,poco e niente varietà di prodotti. Peccato, non ci tornerò di sicuro.

Personale gentile ma nella pulizia delle stanze ci vorrebbe un po’ più di attenzione
