An excellent place to stay when visiting Derry. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. It is about a kilometer from the city center and very quiet. Clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice continental breakfast to start off each morning. I would definitely stay again.

Mary runs a delightful inn in a working-class area of Londonderry (Derry). While there is no parking on the premises, there is ample street parking and it’s a very quiet and safe area. The house is decorated tastefully and comfortably--I have rarely been this comfortabe. Our room and all the main areas were spotless and there were many nice touches, like the heated towel rack in the bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was served as a buffet in the dining room. It was fresh and delicious, in a lovely setting. The house is located a short walk from the waterfront with easy access to historic sites, bars, and restaurants. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Derry, we will try to stay at Rose Park House again.

This is one of the best B&B's I have stayed in. Very clean and modern, the breakfast was great and the owners were very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Mary is the best! Very lovely family owned bed and breakfast with such charm. Bed is super comfortable with soft linens. Close distance to the Derry city centre, walkable through the park. Great stay!

Everything was perfect, the way we were welcome, the accommodation itself, the amazing breakfast and the rate for all of it.

The hosts were delightful and lovely to visit with. The town of Derry was one of our favorite towns to visit so far in Ireland!
