A lovely clean spacious unit, for the 1 night we were there on our trip.

Very small room. Very noisy as by stairs and guests talking quite early in the morning and late at night.

It was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. It was a last minute booking and there was a mix up over the time for final check in. The host was lovely and accomodated my late arrival.

Room was a good size and really clean. We arrived late so our room was set up for us to head straight in to. Unfortunately there is no sound proofing so you could hear the people above, and every car out side. It was on the expensive side but i did book only a few hours before arriving Fresh milk would jave been good as the uht .milk supplied wasnt enough for two coffees. There was a note that fresh milk was available from the office but it was 5am when i noticed and i was not waking tje moteliers at that hour. $100 hold was put on my card amd i had to phone to follow this uo tje next day as it wasn't released.

Large, light and airy room. Very good value for money. Pleasant, helpful host and staff. Pleasant walk to shops and waterfront.

The property was a nice place to stay. Clean and quiet. We could walk to all the restaurants and to downtown Taupo.
