Room was very comfortable. They have a pretty good breakfast. I like that they had a bar. We were staying during the World Cup so they showed the games on the TV in the bar area. It seems as if locals come to hang out at the bar too which is cool because you get the feeling of being at a public bar with the convenience of being at your hotel. Overall, great stay!

Beautiful hotel with pleasant & helpful staff. Ideally located within walking distance to the old town part of Stockholm and the Royal Palace. The restaurant has a limited menu but serves quality dishes. This hotel has all the bells and whistles to satisfy any traveller

As always on arrival I was welcomed back with a smile. The staff here are great. The place is clean and modern and has a really nice vibe to it. My room was spacious, well laid out and very comfortable. Excellent hotel.

Wonderful. Just not close to attractions

Really disappointed with our stay due to a couple of reasons. First of all, both bathroom lights (mirror light) were faulty, which made it extremely difficult to get ready as there wasn't any additional mirror available in the room that could have been used. We checked in almost midnight, hence couldn't be bothered to go downstairs again to swap rooms. Neither was there any telephone available in the room so that I could have connected to the reception to convey my concern. Last but not least, we weren't given any Wi-Fi password from the reception, which means we had to use our mobile internet and are not sure how much we are going to get charged for the service.

Great hotel . Would recommend it to anyone. Actually I’m coming back in April. I stay in this hotel while I visit my son. Great location

I kept having to keep asking for my room to be cleaned.

We arrived at the hotel at 23:30 just to hear that there is double booking and the hotel is full. We were sent to another hotel by a taxi without expenses, but this hassle took 30 minutes on top of a long day. That another hotel was nice and conveniently located next to the train station, where we had started our journey to find the hotel an hour earlier. I just do not understand why your booking systems can not warn about the double booking and inform us to go to that replacement hotel in the first place. That would have saved us one hour around midnight going there and back again.

Breakfast can be improved. Young concierge was lovely.

Clean room

This was a beautiful property with a lovely lounge area. The breakfast was fantastic. Their customer service in some areas with good in other They seemed untrained They gave us some wrong information. This hotel is about a 45 minute walk and a 15 minute subway to the centre of Stockholm, which was nice. The gym was fantastic. I would recommend.

A very nice place to stay. Has everything you need.

Hotel is quite far from city center. It is relatively easy to walk to a bus stop or up to the train station however. I believe it took us about 25 mins to reach city center or historic area. Buffet breakfast is quite nice. You can also eat lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The gas station across the street is convenient for snacks, drinks, and small selection of medicines. Also across the street is a lovely park with a little hidden bar.

Good location

A very comfortable 4 night stay. Room very clean with comfortable beds. We paid extra to have breakfast which seemed a little on the expensive side, but provided plenty of options. Alternative breakfast options nearby were in short supply. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and staff. Super clean. Walking distance to train stations that would bring you right to the city center.
