Everything was ok

The service and atmosphere was excellent. We bought Spa package that included enjoyed the spa hydrotherapy circuit which I Was cooler than it sounded using jackuand massage.

It was a great hotel but this is designed for families. Definitely not couples. Also for a 5 star hotel, I was a bit surprised that nothing was complimentary.

Loved our stay in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and nice. The hotel provides different kind of services and it was very easy to communicate with them and plan some of our activities there. The room was spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. Great place for adults and kids with two pools and a bar facing the ocean. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing stay with a 5 star service

Hotel Paracas – A True Gem Hotel Paracas delivers on every front — and then some. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home run for hospitality. The property is stunning, with elegant design, lush grounds, and a serene coastal setting that makes you instantly unwind. Our room was immaculate and beautifully appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds, great amenities, and everything you’d want for a perfect stay. The on-site restaurant is a standout — so much so that we ate there more than once. And here’s the big claim: it wins our “Best Ceviche” award after two months of eating our way through Peru. Fresh, vibrant, and absolutely unforgettable. The only small drawback was that service in the restaurant could occasionally be a bit slow, but the quality of the food and the setting more than made up for it.

Very nice hotel! Location very close to the center of Paracas, the rooms are beautiful and well equipped, the staff is very helpful, there are several nice restaurants to choose from, the pools are beautiful, and there are plenty of activities than can be scheduled! Definitely recommend!

We only stayed for one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. We did have massages in the spa and they were excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing. We at are at the trattoria and the seafood restaurant on the water and both were fresh tasting and with excellent service. All staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a very relaxing place to stay and we were met with lots of kindness. Some exceptional staff members were Julio, Julio Cesar, Anderson, Jonathan and Ykiku, but really everyone was lovely and welcoming. It was very easy to book excursions through them (we booked the boat tour to Ballestas Island through WhatsApp). I recommend booking some services as the spa, especially if you appreciate a good massage. I did not explore outside of the resort, except for a walk along the bay through a residential area. On the drive in, the main town seemed to hectic for what I wanted to experience. This is not specific to the hotel, but I made the mistake of driving myself from Lima. The drive wasn't safe. I would find another way to get there, maybe through a tourist service.

Amazing, beautiful place next to a renowned national reserve in Perú. Everyone was genuinely friendly, understated luxury without loudness: a true oasis fit for foodies. The boat tour to the Ballestas Islands was fantastic!
