Decent place nice staff

The staff were all very nice and made me feel right at home. I had to extend my stay and decided to swap rooms they accommodated me very quickly and professionally. The room is comfortable and the bed is comfortable. This is my go to place when I come to the Shoals area.

Family visit with son in college

Cleanest room we’ve had in years. Delicious breakfast. Friendly attendants.

Nice with easy check in. Only issue was shower floor was very slippery.

Convenient location, quick check in, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Love this hotel. Great staff! Very accommodating! May only comprise the shower head needs replacing and the toilet paper is very rough. Love everything else

Pull out bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were worse. IMO hotels should invest in the sleeping arrangements. Not sure I'll book here again. Staff was friendly and polite.

It was ok. Breakfast needs more options. Morning staff not so friendly.

I didnt like the only thing outside my window is a big warehouse. But otherwise, the hotel is perfect.

The only issue was we thought we reserved for a jacuzzi room and had a standard and the internet didn’t work well at all

Website did not say pool and hot tub were out of commission. That was why I chose this hotel

There were bedbugs

We had a great stay. The breakfast attendant was wonderful. She was very friendly and attentive!

Lipstick on a pig comes to mind. It appears that something's were replaced to"update" the whole place, other things simply painted over or glued in. The iron was attached to flat end of the ironing board, making it where I only had the pointy end to try iron a long sleeved dress shirt and dress pants. The room had a very musty smell upon arrival. By the end of the evening, what could only be hidden mold got the best of me. Swollen eyes, coughing, sneezing, headache, etc. Very disappointing, especially for the price. We will not be back.

Good place to stay

Good place to stay, close to many restaurants and shops. Bed are comfortable and the place is very clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I thought the room was a bit small for a suite but it worked.
