Beautiful beach, wonderful staff but barely second class facilities. The hotel is situated on a wonderful stretch of The Med but is one of those mega resorts with poor taste. Its rooms were tired, staff were barely keeping up with requests and looked unhappy. Food was plenty but of mediocre quality given the sophistication of Turkish cuisine. It needs a major management overhaul or will only appeal to the package holiday makers who seem to only enjoy excess with no taste.

Very beautiful, clean hotel

My family and I are Americans and chose Antalya for our summer vacation. I was very nervous because I know how customer service over seas is compared to the U.S. but I must say the service that was provided was excellent. They welcomed us from the beginning and checked on us through our stay. It was my husbands bday and they went the extra mile to get him a cake and a bottle of wine. Everything was very clean . Staff was very nice . The food was good , sweets were even better. Drinks were delicious. Breathe taking views. And the all inclusive was great. I do wish they had tip jars around in case people want to leave tip. The entertainment was amazing . Over all we had an amazing time and will be coming back very soon. Thank you nirvana for the great experience !

Food was so good. Just alacart restaurants were not free. Everything was great. Rooms, pools were so clean despite of the fullness of the hotel.

Positives: 1.Beautiful hotel, clean and in a natural setting 2.Great quality and variety of drinks 3.Good variety of bars but most all a la carte restaurants were closed 4.Great jazz act Negatives: 1.Rude reception staff, arrogant and incompetent no welcome on arrival and no how was your stay on departure 2.Most staff did not speak English caters mainly for Russian 3.Had very noisy Russian guests on first floor between 3-4am making it a bad night sleep. Security does not adequately patrol 4.Had do no disturb sign on door but at 9.30am housekeeping wanted to enter 5. At 11h50 had a call from reception to say hello check out 12! We were just on our way down 6.Be prepared to be amongst hundreds of noisy Russians who have no respect for anyone else around them Overall not the quality stay for the money.

Everything in the resort was awesome. The staff was friendly; bartenders were good, the pools and spa were fantastic. The disco was good but no many people were there since my visit was in the beginning of the summer season.

This is the best hotel in Antalya area... stayed 2 times already... and will be back again. 24hrs all inclusive service with proper drinks (not the usual local drinks) and proper 24hrs food service. Hotel its on the beach ... Rooms are spacious ...

There is no service at all. There are no free sun beds in the morning at the sea. There are no free tables in the evening during a dinner. Line for food. The service personnel don't speak neither Russian nor in English. Inadequate compatriots. Number deluxe was pleasant. Good pool and sea, when clean.

Overall nice hotel, but animation team is the worst i have ever seen as well as staff at the reception. Rooms are never cleaned properly, tea cups remain unwashed. People from SPA and fur/leather shop are being very persistent trying to sell as much as they can, same goes for water sports. They d leave you alone only if you bought a course of Spa treatments etc. even though we rented beach bungalows at extra cost, those people would find you there, walk in the bungalow and try and sell their staff (whatever it was). you do not feel like you are relaxing. I understand they need to make money, but they are being too aggressive and follow you everywhere. When you book a-la cart restaurants, half of them were closed or not available, what is the point of having them? besides when you manage to book one, they drive you there only from a collection point and not actually from the street where you live which i found quite disappointing. food was great though. Beach is not sandy at all, big cement blocks in the water.

Great location , very friendly staff , fantastic food but the Russian culture is dominating I type entertainments ( music ,singers and all)

This was our 2nd time in Amara Dolce Vita and we have booked it this year because we really loved our stay last year. Still liked it this year, but have noticed a difference in service and some of the things they had last year was no longer available this year. Hope that will improve as it is a very nice property and would hate for it to go downhill. The animation team was great . Special thanks to Yaroslava, Chato, Hassan ,Elena , Anil and Alex for making our stay more enjoyable ! Thanks to Hassan, waiter in the main restaurant for taking good care of us and Meliss, for always being super friendly and helpful.

I've stayed in this hotel last year and was happy enough to return. I have to say I was disappointed this time. Looks like the hotel went for cost cutting as everything round (food, entertainment, service) went down. E.g. while initially you observe a variety of food options, after 2-3 days you narrow it down to just a few eatable items, avoiding everything else. Have to note all of their excellence certificates were due this Jan and somehow they didn't get renewed. As per service, I was especially frustrated by one case. We agreed to use the otherwise empty yoga room for self training. We were told it's ok and agreed on a time but they never got to open the room on that time. Told us they can't find the key, so we waited for almost an hour then gave up. I would understand if they refuse immediately (room bookings is not a part of the package), but when they agree and schedule the time to never show up -- that't not tolerable. Looks like that's one of the things that got worse over time and I just need to look for new places.

Very good and quality of food and hospitality is excellent

It was a wonderful trip and hotel. The staff was really kind and well-educated. At check-in they made us a favour with upgrading my room from landview deluxe to sea view deluxe. The alacarte restaurants were lovely. The quality of the foods and the brands they use were very luxury. Everything was really perfect and I would like to come back soon to this hotel.
