The location of the hotel was very unique. We arrived late in the afternoon so we just had enough time for dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The next day was spent at the spa, which we both enjoyed.

Classic family run European hotel. Kind of quirky but homely, great restaurant food and superb location. Unintentionally retro and highly recommended!

The restaurant was great. The shower water took 30 minutes to become just warm. We had to park in back of our street and carry our own bags up a hill. Our greeting at reception was close to being 'hostile'. The area around the hotel is very pretty.

Nice room in a cute town. Reception lady was not service oriented. Beds were not very comfy and noise outside wake us up.

A beautiful and interesting small town. Almost surrounded by the small river. Interesting old ruins on the top of the small mountain in the middle of town.

This hotel may be good for other customers but it was not for me long walk with many steps to the room and unable to check until 8.30 as that is what time the owner starts?

I am glad I ignored some reviews I read before booking, some seemed churlish to me. My experience was excellent and I have yet to have a better shower in any hotel I have stayed in across Europe and the UK and that's quite a lot as I travel on business. Cleanliness was exceptional everywhere. A very small inconvenience was the WiFi was not operating in the morning around 06:30 but that could have been a rare tech glitch.

Parking is along the river so if you have much luggage it's best to drop it off and then park.

Although this B&B was a little further from Luxembourg City than we expected (about 20+ miles), it was quaint and a wonderful place to rest up for another day of adventure. Actually closer to Bastogna, Belgium, I would recommend it highly for those traveling in that area, but if you want to see Patton's grave, the medieval parts of Luxembourg, and the underground catacombs, you might want to look a little closer that this.

I'm not sure why, but our hotel rooms were given away three hours before we tried to check in. As you can imagine, we were not happy. Thousands of miles from home and no where to stay. The staff were getting ready to make some inquiries at other hotels when one of the staff gave us the option of renting her personal onsight apartment. We gladly accepted her offer. We can not judge the rooms for comfort or cleanliness because we did not have one. However we will gladly state that the personal attention and concern from the staff was greatly appreciated. I will also say the onsight restaurant is 1st class. Due to the staff of the hotel and the restaurant, we would love to stay there again.

The best hotel experience I have ever had. I came on my motorbike. They gave me a garage free of charge. They are very biker friendly as the owner is a biker. Rooms are well kitted out and spotless with a very nice style. Restaurant is a little expensive but a high quality of food. Everything is in English, French or German and several members of staff speak English. Mountain bikes are able to be rented, cheap and high quality. Kannoos and boats are free of charge. Spa is free but I didn't go in, as well as the gym which has a fairly wide range. Everyone is friendly and the beer is great. Don't pass up this great place.

Two things to note. Finding the hotel was a challenge and the rooms are not in the hotel itself (as shown in the photo) but in a separate building about 80m away with no elevator. Apart from these issues, we had a great stay. Good food, nice rooms.

Gorgeous village amazing location. Definitely worth the stop. The hotel has taken over a few houses in the village. We weren't allowed in the restaurant having a dog but could eat from same menu in the bar.
