Very close to main part of the city, clean room, friendly staff, comfortable beds and beautiful views.

Great location. Secure parking for motorbikes (they kindly charged one car space for 3 bikes). The staff were amazing. Very helpful, always pleasant and willing to 'go the extra mile'. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but the bar food was great. I would definitely go back.

Good postioned hotel. Not far to walk into the main shoping & dining areas. They have secure parking. Pool was nice but limited sunbeds & umbrellas. A good choice of breakfast items but the 'hot' food was cold.

Not a 4-star hotel - worn carpets, room not truly clean nor luxurious. I'd call it a 3-star.

This hotel is located on the main road heading into Jaca from the north. Free parking is available on the road behind the building. Everything in the room is as it shiuld be apart from the sink in the bathroom which appeared to be missing its end cap so the water was splashing sidewards. Apart from this I would stay here again

This hotel is situated with walking distance of the centre of town. Free parking is available on a side road at the back of the building. The room is spacious and has a king size bed made from two singles pushed together. There is also a large settee so the room could easily sleep three. The doors to the rooms slam hard if you let them close by themself. The noise can be heard when guests in other rooms let them slam.

This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. There are two decent restaurants near the side entrance to the Cathedral and several more behind the Cathedral that have tables outside in a big sunny plaza. The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful.

A night stop on our way through. Jaca is a very lovely place to visit and this is our third time at this hotel.A nice cafe/bar opposite.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. We paid extra for the spa and it was worth it. We could not use the kitchen in our room without permission from front desk.

A comfortable hotel in a good location to visit the old town. Car park is a bit tight

Great Customer service, great restaurant, pool was good.

The hotel booked two different youth groups at the hotel..same night. Too much noise..late at night. Staff was unresponsive. I almost called police due to excessive noise. By 11:30 things quieted down..but earlier, doors were slammed, kids ran the hallways, and general noise from music, laughter, and chatter was overwhelming.

Really good hotel and well located. Some noisy group in hotel during our stay but quietened at midnight. Really nice large room but small bathroom. Great to have walk in shower.

A one night stop over again. Stayed here a couple of years ago and was very satisfied and the same this time. Friendly & pleasant staff, nice size comfortable bedroom. Ideal location & on site parking with direct access by elevator to hotel reception or rooms. Pleasant bar and good value breakfast.
