Room condition no so good. The Aircon was very noisy even tripped.

The environment not so clean. Please improve the brightness.

The service is great!! Accommodating staff especially on room 801 rooftop resto and the food is superb. The only thing that needs to improve is there wifi connection in there countyard rooms, unfortunately it is very slow.

The service is not good. When I have dinner at the restaurant, the waitress is not knowledgeable about the menu. You need to ask for the water. Food is also not good. I don't know how it becomes 4 stars if services and food are not so good. The bathroom and the kitchen are dirty. The rest is okay.

The swimming guidelines are not clear. This hotel is lack of customer relation. The bed preference is not met. Slow check-in.
