You have to pay for swimming pool.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was nice , with with selections. Our room was also nice.

Amazing hotel and staff

Great staff who are always happy to help. The hotel is clean and tidy, the team responsible for cleaning do a great job. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is really good. I have stayed here a couple of times now, and will again in the future should I need to be in this area for business again.

Great hotel and room.

This seemed to be in a quiet area of the town, but was close to where I was working. The restaurant was good although not too much choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was new and clean. But the area is not convenient.

Parking should be cheaper

I stay here often when visiting family and the staff is always welcoming and flexible as to check-in time, etc. Common areas have been refreshed and look great!

I accidentally booked a hotel in the wrong city. Ok I know it was non-refundable but I was coming from another country and got the location wrong. Hotel.com were very helpful and tried to be flexible but the hotel would not….they wouldn’t refund. Such lack of flexibility is sad. I notified them well in advance so they could have rebooked the room.

Not too many dining options around the property.

I reserved a room for my daughter and two children as there is construction in their flat. The front desk person was extremely gracious to my grandchildren (who can be rather boisterous!)

The hotel and location are great 5 mins off the A2. However dog owners beware the fee is extortionate!!

We have stayed at this hotel on at least 4 occasions. It is very convenient for our journey to Italy being very close to the A2. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the staff are very helpful.

Clean facility. Cleaning staff frequently skipped my room leaving a card to say I was in the room when they tried to clean. This happened 3 times in my 8 night stay. I was not in the room at the time nor did I have the DND sign up. Front desk were overall helpful
