Asked for our room to be set up as a twin but we had a third bed made up so very cramped on arrival, had to call porterage team. No hypoallergenic bedding was provided even though we emailed and phoned in advance to make sure the request was noted due to allergies. Broken sink in our bathroom so the entire floor flooded when we brushed our teeth, had to call maintenance team. Options of in-room dining menu was really poor, only items like rice and dim sum - definitely needs more variety. The passenger lifts feel really unstable and the corridors leading to bedrooms are incredibly dark - maybe due to creating ambience but it’s far too dark.
