The room was clean, and bright with big windows. Check in and Check out process were fast for me. Staffs were friendly and able to speak English well. I wish my room had more mirrors and doormats.

This hotel have a great location in Brussels. Near with station metro and bus, near with supermarket and Halal restaurants. This hotel doesn’t has lift, so it is difficult to take your luggage to your room due to all the room is on upstairs. The room and toilet was big, clean, and comfortable. Everyday the staff always clean the room. Near and around hotel location is red light district, so many prostitutes there’s. But overall this hotel was very safe.
