Staff were friendly, nice hotel, adapted from a house, so you'll have a couple of stairs to climb. Southsea land marks are very walkable. Parking is a bit tight. Still worth using as a base of operations.

Great staff, amazing breakfast, lovely room. We stayed here 15 years ago and it felt like nothing has changed. Needs some touch up within the room, like fixing issues / painting walls and door. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay
