The staff is English speaking and the hotel is at a very good location with walking distance to all night good cafes, shopping streets, or the infamous train street! The staff is very accommodating and they even have a free jacuzzi to relax after a tired and hot day!

This is 4-star hotel with 5-star service. The room and toilet are very clean and the customer service and hospitality of all staff are excellent. They are very helpful and gave us full attention. We are very happy and will definitely stay in this hotel again when return to Hanoi.

Location: located right in the old town so it is very convenient to move. Friendly, cute staff. Clean, beautiful hotel. Completely satisfied when staying at Silk Path Hotel Hanoi. Will come back when the opportunity arises.
