the staff was so so nice, but the service was super slow. julio stood out as extremely kind and attentive. also, the thai and italian restaurants were awful. there was not much mexican food on the menu, but local dishes were well executed. breakfast was delicious. otherwise, stunning property.

Great premises, service and views

It is a one of a kind experience; the views, nature, privacy. Service can be quite slow and the bathtub had a leak so it didn’t work. The in dinning menu is rather ordinary in relation to the overall type of resort. The illumination at the terrace should have the possibility of being dimmed and the only lamp that is there doesn’t work because it doesn’t have a light bulb. The spa services have high prices and there is no possibility to experience a more affordable option. It was a wonderful and unforgettable trip. Thank you

This resort was amazing from booking to check-out. They were super responsive and reach out almost immediately to prepare for our customized experience then stayed in touch prior to and during the stay to ensure expectations were exceeded. Ingo even surprised us with a special bottle of wine and beautiful bed of roses in a heart, which had a special meaning for our trip based on something I shared, that was truly super special and shows how much they listened and care! Luis was a wonderful bellman and there to buggy us around as needed. The in Villa barbecue was outstanding with the Chef making my husband’s favorite dish, David serving and Fidel ensuring we had a creative scrumptious dessert that was even sugar free. Chef Huan is from Thailand and cooks up amazing Thai dishes while Guillermo the Manager and Yuir at Saffron provided outstanding service to ensure a romantic evening. The spa was truly a treat with the Thai ritual and highly recommend. The villas are extremely private and spacious with every consideration for amenities with beautiful views. We loved our heated private pool. The resort and staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience. Highly recommend this resort as the top place to stay in Acupulco. Totally understand why they were awarded a Michelin Key. We can’t wait to come back!

It was new clean and safe and the view was incredible

The Cleanliness's, Staff, Amenities, Restaurants and my Bay View Villa of the hotel was so amazing we didn't want to leave. I took a chance and went for my 25th wedding anniversary and everything exceeded the photos. I highly recommend.
