Perfect for a stopover. Room was clean and had walk in shower, kettle and tea/coffee. Bed was comfortable Breakfast isn’t included and isn’t available until 10am. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed midweek so it was quiet and bar closed at 9.30.

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, quick check-in, helpful staff. Only improvement would be to find a way to prevent the doors in the corridor from slamming shut as quite noisy.

Great location, good food & beer, ample free car park, frequent buses. Recommended.

Really nice place to stay , rooms are very comfortable, food is great and staff are very friendly, we have visited twice 2 months apart and the staff remember their guests.

Solid stay for the night. Friendly staff and easy check in. The room was nothing special, but had plenty of space and provided a well priced stay for one night.

Just live this place. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the food is delicious!

Very nice old school British pub with sizeable room and comfy bed etc

The room was shabby very noisy and not very clean with mould in the shower. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable.

Our stay here was fantastic. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Amella (so sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong) though, so understanding and couldn’t do enough for us! Location was good, room was clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was incredible! Would 100% recommend this place.
