Michael was excellent very helpful. He is a keeper for sure. Place was cleaned, had dishes pots and pans, bathrooms had towels shampoo. Quiet.

The location is great, the staff friendly and attentive and the condo was comfortable, clean (superficially), the kitchen is well equiped with plenty of appliances and tableware. I think could be better if they really make sure the place is ready and functional prior to the guests arrival. 1st incident, stove did not work because the gas was off, once we turned it on, there was gas leaking, because the hose wasn't properly screwed to the pipe. Luckily my boyfriend knew how to fix it because was after hours. 2nd the wifi signal was terrible, I notified and they said "they were working on it" but was never fixed. 3rd they clean just superficially, you can see the dust on the cabinets, the accumulated dirt on the sink faucets. Other than than, our stay was good and we felt safe. I hope they do better and I would definitely stay here again.

awesome stay

Stayed here twice now. oerfect for visiting my son and grandson. they can come over and we dont have to go out to eat. grandson can hang with me and sleep over. pool is always fun. staff is great. quiet. safe place. loved it. will olan it again next year.

For a peice it was a perfect alternative to any hotel room. 2 storeys, kitchen, 2 restrooms, a small living room and walkable distance to 2 bbq grills and pools. Thank you for effective communication and kind gesture of checking in earlier and checking out a little later!

Excellent value and quality. Highly recommend this property, had a wonderful stay, close walk to the pool and the condo and facilities were spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

Manager showed horrible hospitality. Very inconsiderate and entitled attitude. General manager Hector Becerra has tried to humiliate me and threaten not to rebook. When checking in condo was found to have narcotics randomly misplaced around the interior of home

Erika was very attentive to our needs. Rented 6 rooms for family that came here for a funeral. Erika took care of all our needs and facilitated the check-in process which was one less stress for me. Rooms were very spacious. Only thing is that water from sprinklers goes on walkway making it very unsafe as my son fell and injured his wrist when he landed on floor. Just lucky his head didn't hit the concrete. Other than that, no issues, would definitely rent at this place again.

Very pleased with the living area, very clean, spot free & oder free!!

The staff did a great job keeping in communication with us during our journey. It was a 6-hour commute, and we weren't sure if we would arrive by 5 PM, but they stayed in touch and assisted us in any way needed. The condo was clean and spacious, and you couldn't beat the price. It was stocked with anything you could possibly need as well as complementary snacks. The area was peaceful and secure, with plenty of parking available. Entering through the security gate was easy and hassle-free. I would recommend this place to others and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo. Clean, well-stocked. Only difficulty was having to go around to the front gate to get back to the property even though we could exit by a side gate.
