Beautiful setting in modern, stylish hotel. The staff was over and above helpful and friendly!!! Highly recommended!

Arrived in the dark awoke to the most magnificent views. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast variety. Its October so I cant comment on summer traffic but it was a breeze to drive to Cortina & beyond. We'd return in a heartbeat

Great place

Good overall hotel. We had a Quad Room, which was fine for two people, but would have been very tight for four people. The room was facing the road, and there was a lot of road noise even in late night. Breakfast was quite good. Dinner (extra charge) was okay.

Great breakfast but should start at 7am to allow guests to get to dolomites sites early. Coffee machines at breakfast was not labelled correctly so you didn’t know what you would get. Nicola at reception was very welcoming but cleanliness of room could be improved. Spa jacuzzi was cold at 5.30pm. Easy parking.

We had high hopes for this 4 star hotel but it did not meet our expectations. The room was very comfortable, but the wifi had many issues with connecting and disconnecting consistently. We also went to the restaurant and they had very bad service, kept asking me to move when I was ordering. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is perfect location, beautiful view from room, very clean everyday. The staff are so very helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We had a few bumps in the road in our trip and the staff were very willing to help us figure it out! I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Rating this a 4 star makes me wonder about my entire Expedia experience. First, it is drastically more run down than photos show. This is not 4 star! . Second, We were the ONLY guests and placed on the roadside. Without exaggeration we were inches from the traffic. Loud, dirty and fumes. I cant tell how the mattresses were as we left before I even tried it. . Lost our money for the night and could care less. Dated, no investment in improvement, and slow and rude service upon check in.

Food at the hotel restaurant was very good

Overall, the hotel is good. It offers great views, a good breakfast, a clean room, and a spacious bathroom. However, there was one downside that may not apply to all rooms: our bedroom had a balcony light that was very bright. According to the receptionist, it was supposed to turn off automatically at 11 p.m., but it didn't go off until 11:55 p.m. The light shone directly into our room, and it wasn't possible to block it with the curtains. I would still recommend this place, but I hope they can address this issue so guests can sleep peacefully.

Nadia was amazing as was the staff

It was an okay place to stay. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor and the toilet seat was weird and incredibly uncomfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good with a nice variety. Location was good for activities in the Dolomites.

There was no ac system in the room but the night was not that warm so we opened the windows for a bit to refreshed the room. Other than that everything else was excellent and convenient. We loved staying here and ejoyed the view.
