We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Opera Garden Hotel. It is ideally located for visiting all the main sites in the centre of Budapest. We walked everywhere and only used public transport once: to get to and from the Széchenyi Baths, which was very easy (7 stops on Metro Line 1 from Opera to Szechenyi Furdo). Our room at the hotel was very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We tended to eat out, but cooking facilities were available in the room if we had wanted to cook. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of storage space for clothing etc. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice of food options. The rooftop lounge was very relaxing. Without exception staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Balint at Reception who gave us amazing service.

One of the best hotel stays we've had! The staff are so polite, knowledgeable and attentive - we felt so welcomed and they were fantastic help, cannot express our gratitude enough. As for the room itself, it was fantastic; extremely comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. Great location too for many cafes or hopping on the M1 line at Opera.

I enjoyed my stay at the Opera Garen Hotel and Apartments. Centrally located, the room was more spacious than others, had a small kitchenette and delicious breakfast included in the price.

The property is charming and unique in its own way. Very close to areas of interests.The staff was great especially Stella. She's a gem! Her customer service was superb! Very accommodating which made our stay more special.

It would have been perfect but we got upgraded to a suite with the bedroom upstairs . Small . No way to get on or off the bed from the sides as it was squeezed in between walls . The stay could have been perfect . I’d recommend but do not accept the suite with upstairs bedroom
