Simply put, great location (near the lake) and charming accommodations with great staff.

Some what is good. The best thing is the friendly staff. Beds and pillows were not that comfortable. Air conditioning used to turn off by itself.

Don’t convince hotel

Great location close to the lake. Walkable to the center town of Anncey. We enjoyed the stay.

Pretty basic and not too clean.

For a family of 4, room was spacious, with a sofa bed for our 2 young children. Our room was ground floor in the annex. Small amount of hanging space, safe, and coffee machine. Bathroom needs updating, decor quite tired. Beds comfy and efficient air con. Was a good 30+ minute walk along the river to get to the old town, so quite out of town. But did mean it was quiet. Free parking good.

I really liked staying on this side of town. It's much quieter than the city center and it's a lovely walk along the lake to get into the city center (and there's the bus as plan b). Highly recommend the nearby bakery of Pan & Gatô for great croissants, sandwiches, tarts, etc. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Liked having my a private little patio.

Hotel is ok, close to the beach.

The good: nicely located, very nice reception staff. Very good breakfast, clean and in front of the lake. The bad: standard double room is pretty small, small double bed and the housekeeping staff make a lot of noise in the morning in the corridor just outside your room door (even when the DO NOT DISTURB sign is placed), moving equipment, talking loud…

We had a great stay at Les Muses. The location is quiet, yet only a few steps from the lake & cafes & restaurants. Really friendly staff, easy check-in/out, onsite parking & delicious breakfast (add on).

Great location and convenient parking. Staff was happy to answer queries and also helped us with our Uber eats delivery.

Amazing location in a quiet neighbourhood right on the lake.

Lovely looking hotel on the lake

A one night stopover returning from the Alps. Fist room was small and there was a terrible damp small in the bathroom. We returned to reception and were allocated another room 230 which was much better with nice views over the lake and a little more space. Check in and friendliness of the reception team was very good. Overall, great location 25 minutes walk to town but right by the lake and next to a great Brasserie too.

The views from the 2nd floor front rooms of the hotel are fabulous. The location is good depending on what type of trip you want, and its about a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. My single room was a bit spartan (paper cup that wasn't changed rather than a glass) and the room was a bit cramped.

Excellent friendly service. Spotless. Fantastic breakfast. We asked for a cot for our 1yo and they delivered and confirmed via messages too. Great communication and instructions. Very secure car park. Absolutely stunning location. Could not fault it!

I stayed in this lovely hotel before; it is always nice and cosy. It snowed this morning, so views were amazing as hotel is a stone throw from the lake as well as the mountains opposite. Reception staff were really helpful and professional. Rooms are spacious and beds are really comfy.
