The Good - Comfortable, easy parking and the restaurant was excellent The Bad - Some poor communication between the hotel and Hotels.com. I had paid Hotels.com in full and in advance but the hotel sais they hyad received no advnce and so we were obliged to pay again. Trying to get in touch with Hotels.com a nightmare.

I was late to arrive, staff were very accommodating. The room exceeded my expectation for being, large, model and clean! Thanks guys!

Friendly staff, excelllent service and accomodations. Well, located to visit Limburg-Diez and Balduinstein areas. Healthy breakfast, good food choices. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and informative! Would certainly recommend to family and friends...! Thank You!

The hotel was used as a stop over point for one night. Accommodation, staff and food was all very good. pets also allowed at an additional charge. The only down side was there was no airconditioning in rooms although fans were give to customers if requested. Will definitely have no hesitation in choosing this hotel again.

We stayed in this hotel in August 2015 for one night. Our room was on the ground floor and was extremely hot and airless; there was no air-conditioning or fan. Consequently, we wouldn't recommend staying here during the summer months.

We stayed here as we were going to a VW show in Bad Camberg, it was an easy short trip down the A3 to get there every day. The hotel staff were as friendly as I would expect, I think if I spoke more German the experience may have been a bit easier. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable after a very long drive from Antwerp to get there. Breakfast was typically continental which also included cereal, it was enough for me as sometimes a full English breakfast every day can be a bit much. I'd definitely stay there again and I'd recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay in Diez or the Limburg area.

Actually our overnight stay by in large went very well. There was an exception for us however. Weekend (which it was) breakfast(included) hours were considerably shortened which did not allow us to take advantage of the promised benefit. We had to leave without.

This was our 3rd stay at the Hotel which say's it all however the first stay was the best when the pool was there!

Personal war zu meiner Frau nicht wirklich nett, nur weil sie morgens schon draußen unterwegs war und gegen 9:00 Uhr wieder rein kam. Desweiteren ist uns am Freitag aufgefallen dass das Zimmer ( vor allem das Bad) nicht sonderlich sauber war.

Sehr ansprechender Frühstücksraum Gutes Frühstück Das Zimmer war sauber und gut im Schuss, jedoch vom Einrichtungsstil sehr altbacken..
