The service was great and the bar/ drink selection was amazing! We also enjoyed the selection of restaurants. The only complaint is about the housekeeping. We had to remind the housekeeping team to clean in the evening as it had not been done; the room was not cleaned properly sometimes. Other than that, we were really happy with the hotel and will certainly come back again.

Bedding wasnt changed in the whole 3 days we were there, understand the eco side of this but for a "LUX" grecotel, it's not ideal. The ventilation in the bathroom was none existent meaning black mould formed on the walls. There was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom which made getting ready extremely difficult when as it was steamed up and damp in there and others would inevitably be using the bathroom. Booked as a three but everything in the room was catered for 2 (drinks in fridge, coffee pods, amount of towels left). There was no body wash in the shower even on the first day. We didn't ask as one of us had brought some with us so just shared. The lunch and dinner buffet were extremely similar, and pretty much the same each day. No option of lean meats, usually thigh if chicken, belly if pork etc. Our first restaurant booking was cancelled just over an hour before the reservation time due to weather (obviously not hotels fault). When I asked if there was any other restaurant available the receptionist put the phone down on me, when we called back she stated "we shouldn't have been booked in anyway because it was our first night and policy says no restaurant bookings on first night and last day". The Village evening, sadly, was just the buffet with less selection, just in a pretty venue. I have stayed in the Grecoted White Palace LUXME twice & assumed it would be like the Agreco Farm. Left disappointed. Sun beds reserved with no removal from hotel staff.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Grecotel Daphnila Bay Dassia, and overall we would absolutely rate it **5 stars**. What truly stood out to us was the **staff**—they were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of, and that level of service really made the experience special. The resort itself offers something for everyone, which made it ideal for our family. There were plenty of activities and amenities to keep both adults and children happy, and the setting is beautiful and relaxing. That said, while we rate the hotel very highly, there are a few areas where accessibility could be improved for wheelchair users. More **fully accessible rooms and bathrooms** would make a big difference. Our room had a small step, which we managed, but as a full-time wheelchair user, a completely step-free space would have been much more comfortable. Additionally, the resort is quite **hilly**, which can present challenges—but we truly appreciated that the staff accommodated us by allowing us to drive our car down for easier drop-offs and pick-ups. Overall, this is a fantastic resort with exceptional service, and with a few accessibility improvements, it could be even more inclusive. We had a great time and would happily return.

I stayed with my mum for five nights at this hotel, and it was a very relaxing stay. The staff really do go above and beyond any request, a special thank you to Angelika who was amazing during our check in and out and the waiters who were very attentive. We utilised the shuttle service into Corfu Old Town and it was very easy to organise and pretty cheap. Food and is very good at the hotel and you get a great range of choice. We used the buffet most nights and every night there were different options. We also booked the Italian restaurant which was a great experience. There are multiple bars so you don’t have to wait long and we were very happy with the cocktail selection. The property is beautiful but the rooms do seem quite old now - we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so it wasn’t a huge problem.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming, great food, everything inclusive even a la carte restaurants, the room was big, real all amenities you could need, a lot of activities for children including movies every evening. The rooms were big and classy, real had a greek vibe, they were all with big terraces. The beach area is not big but there is plenty of green space in front of the sea, really beautiful. We‘ve been on other islands but this we enjoyed the most, the area of Palokastritsa monastery and the beach there were the most amazing places.

Finding a resort that caters to 11-year-old boys—too old for playgrounds, too young to be left alone—is tough. Grecotel LUXME Daphnila Bay nailed it. Our twins were at the perfect age to enjoy everything here. What worked for our family: The Right Kind of Kids Club: Independence & Safety: The resort layout allowed us to give the boys a little freedom—like walking to the ice cream stand together or choosing a pool lounger—while we were still comfortably nearby. Food for All: The incredible variety at the buffet meant no arguments at mealtimes. The all-day snacks and premium ice cream were a significant bonus. Family Fun & Adult Time: We spent quality time together swimming and snorkeling, but the kids' club also gave my wife and me guilt-free time to enjoy the spa and quiet pools. This isn't a chaotic, kiddie-centric resort; it's a sophisticated place that understands families. Our boys are already asking when we can go back. A resounding 5 stars from the whole family

Lovely experience and wonderful staff! Highly recommend for families. If you want a break though from kids their sister resort nextdoor is apparently more for just adults.

We were a family group of 6 visiting in September. We give this 5 stars. The food options were varied (but be warned you have to book in advance) and very good. Staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had sea views in the hotel and a top tip would be to ask for them, we felt they were better than the bungalows. Overall Highly recommended.
