Great staff, didn’t enjoy the bathroom, the tails were dirty. It was disgusting.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Had a shower problem since our arrival, as touching the shower knobs was giving an electric shock. The staff were very helpful and transfered our daughers to another room, but our room showed the same problem. They sent a technician, it was solved the first day then happened again and again. And we had to update our key card every day, as it stopped opening the door. Too many problems for such a short stay.

Don't stay here! I had no choice because my original hotel had overbooked their rooms. This hotel was old and run down, the room smelled horrible (lack of cleaning) and the bathroom had no water pressure or hot water! Breakfast was decent. But the staff was friendly.

Hotel Foz do Iguacu was extremely run down! Which is a shame because if it were repaired and maintenance were kept up, it would be a treasure! Pictures online do not truthfully depict the condition of the hotel. Their credit card reader was not functioning and our reservation through Expedia was lost. In our room, the bathroom light and fan would not turn on. We tried exchanging the light bulbs with some we knew worked and checked the electrical box to see if the breaker had kicked off. Nothing helped. Maintenance was called but never came. The lights in the main room flickered on and off all night. The phone didn't work. We had reserved 2 nights but moved after one night into a very comfortable, clean, well kept hotel one block away for less than we had to pay at Hotel Foz do Iguacu.

Excelente localização (seja pra turismo, ida ao centro ou mercado, banco, farmácias e restaurantes), o grande diferencial é sem dúvidas o estacionamento interno e com segurança, café completo, lavanderia com acesso dentro do próprio hotel, piscina e aimda aceita pet. Simplesmente completo.

Excelente estadia, já havia ficado anteriormente e retornamos. Atendimento de qualidade. Estacionamento privado. Ótima localização. Apenas cama de casal era a junção de duas camas de solteiro, mas não foi problema isso.

Hotel bem antigo, elevador pequeno e com defeito. Roupas de cama e mesa (do restaurante) furadas. Banheiro pequeno e sem muita higiene ( sifão pingando). Em resumo é bem simples e que está sem cuidado.

A estadia foi boa...

Hotel maravilhoso com ótima localização, privacidade ê conforto. Além de ter uma lavanderia interna que ajudou demais pra quem já estava viajando a muito tempo. Merenda excelente com uma grande variedade. E cardápio pro jantar muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos e muito bem treinados.
