Almost everyone was lovely servicable and very helpful with exception of night reception. Internet in the room was mainly not working for 2 day. It would work intermittently.

Wonderful customer care on all fronts. Clean and charming facility. Beautifully decorated. Within walking distance to the Space Needle. The Pineapple cookies and coffee in the afternoon were a real plus. We will stay here again if we are ever in Seattle to board our cruise ship to Alaska.

Absolutely wonderful! Our room was super cute and spacious and the beds were perfect. Everyone was so friendly and the neighborhood around us was quiet and charming. Will definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Seattle!

This was just the latest of many pleasant stays we've had at the Staypineapple Maxwell. The property's location across from Seattle Center with the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, Museum of Pop Culture, performance (ballet) venues, etc. make it rich in interesting touring opportunities. It is also quiet and one feels very safe. Many restaurant and bar offerings are in the neighborhood, as well as the Met market for groceries and other needs. The staff at The Maxwell continue to be very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. Room amenities include bathrobes, big bathrooms, comfy beds, and a Keurig for morning coffee.

The stay was ok. The staff was basic. Rooms are basic. It’s a basic hotel. We were given some drink coupon (coasters) but no one told us the bar closes early. So, we went to the opera across the street, came back, and the bar was closed. Bummer. That’s nothing. They have smoke alarms in the rooms that are CONSTANTLY triggered by humidity from the bathroom!!! We had to call the front desk to find out what to do. They told us to open the door and window and fan the air with blankets and pillows. It wouldn’t stop going off. The next morning, same thing except the front desk actually called (US) to ask what was going on. Same thing. Relentless. Pretty damn ghetto for nearly $400 a night for a bed. Location is great. The experience is 3/5 stars. Make sure you know you’re ONLY paying for the location and that’s it.

Great location, lovely people, fun and eclectic decor, one block from the Seattle Center. They have a lobby piano in beautiful condition! An absolute delight to play and a rarity for hotel lobby pianos. The only drawback is $42 overnight parking fee; fortunately there is street parking in the area. Just be aware of the neighborhood permit parking.

The people were so kind and helpful! The hotel itself was amazingly unique and superbly clean. I wanted to pack the bed up and take it home with me. It was so comfortable! I come to Seattle frequently and will definitely be staying here again! They have a shuttle that will take you right to the pier for your cruise ship if that’s where you’re headed and it’s super easy to get either Uber or a taxi. Their bedding is super expensive, but I’m really considering ordering some because it felt SO good! it would make a perfect honeymoon destination hotel also since it is so close to some of the best attractions Seattle has.

Hotel was central to all the sights. Rooms were nice but not the price they charge nice. They have bar food but we ate at the Irish bar next door..

This place is cute and adorable. Seriously, the next event I'll be going to in the area, I'm staying here. It's so cute and I love pineapples but that's not an influence on my choice. The location is just perfect for going to events in and around the Space Needle. (Only gripe is the elevators are slow to a crawl but whatever.)

I got tangled up with the name Staypineapple and my app took me to another location of the same name. It was late at night. You should lead with The Maxwell Hotel to prevent confusion for your guests. The breakfast kiosk was understaffed and overwhelmed. The lobby decor is horrible. Very quirky, disconcerting, rather than calming, relaxing and beautiful. I may be a Westin or Fairmont guy who likes quiet luxury and tastefulnesss.

We had a fabulous stay at The Maxwell in Seattle! The room was adorable and a great size. The duvets were amazing...like sleeping covered by a cloud! The decor throughout the hotel was very nice as well. Very convenient to the whole city and surrounding area. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

The property was good and clean. The staff were not that friendly and the ones at the bar were rude when you would ask them a question. I will find another place to stay next time.
