Nice hotel, happy with our stay.

Outstanding stay here. The hotel is lovely, so clean and new. The breakfast in particular was fantastic, a full fresh selection and lots of gluten free options. Honestly everything was great, staff were all exceptional and the facilities were also fantastic.

Do not stay here in December if you want to get any sleep! My room was over the venue for a large Christmas party so there was loud music thumping into my room until midnight. I wish I’d be advised of this at booking - I would have changed it - or at check in - so I could have bought ear plugs.

What a beautiful hotel I enjoyed my stay here. The staff and all the amenities were fantastic I loved my room and the breakfast was too good I will definitely book this hotel again x

Room was good. Breakfast was good. Reason why 3 stars, family ( with kids ) basically can't use pool as after 10am no kids allowed which is not great :/

Clean room and great parking. I use this hotel for early flight from Heathrow and you always get a good night sleep and don't have to worry about parking your car.

Was nice and friendly staff. Only con theres no jacuzzi. Breakfast was good. Complimentary birthday platter.

Great experience here. Spa and pool were excellent and large, great food options both at dinner and breakfast. Evening food was slightly pricey but excellent quality so fair really.

Overall we had a nice stay with our young children. The hotel is more corporate than family friendly. Very rule focused on making sure children are well behaved especially in the swimming pool and was reminded to stop my three year old not to occasionally scream in the pool fron excitement which dampened our experience. Nice breakfast and friendly restaurant staff. Reception staff could be more inviting. Rooms were clean and of a good standard. Also am wondering how long it will take for us to get our £75 deposit back that we had to pay on arrival.
