Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked away enough to provide a peaceful and quiet environment, away from the constant buzz of the city streets. I chose to stay here for 1 night for my business trip to Hanoi and was very satisfied with that choice. The staff was enthusiastic and always smiling, the breakfast had a few choices but was delicious and to my taste. If I had to say something that was not very satisfactory, it could be that the hallway was a bit small so you could still hear people walking or talking outside in the room.
