2nd time here - beds still as hard as previous so star still deducted. Could do with moving on the street sleepers , bit off putting on the walk up but didnt bother u either. Great choice for breakfast and staff friendly n welcoming, èspecially those in breakfast room.. Recommend

Fine hotel

Great location for the metro either for the airport or for the centre and bridge. Nice clean hotel, good breakfast - great for a city break. Good bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away.

Nothing special for the price charged very small room for two beds, noise, could hear the noises through the walls and elevator.

Staff was extremely friendly. walking distance to everything. Metro in front of hotel. But be aware homeless sleeping out front, one night had multiple arguments outside which they ended up locking front door. And the beds were extremely hard

Positive - Fantastic staff who are all very helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Metro on a well lit and safe street. The rooms are clean and the toiletries are good. Some improvement needed - TV is old and was not working. An upgrade would be nice. Also there are very few vegetarian options for breakfast. Overall I had a really good stay. Thank you :)

Hotel located within walking distance of hop on and off buses and shopping district and restaurants, supermarket. Service satisfactory. Breakfast good. Carpet in room a bit dirty. Overall good value.

Conveniently located hotel near Trindade metro station , room could benefit from some tlc but had everything you need, staff were very friendly and helpful and there’s a comfortable lounge bar to relax in.

I liked the staff who were generally very helpful. The location of the hotel was great. Breakfast was included our package but a lot of improvements could be made here. The hot food and coffee were terrible.
