Exceptional! This property is run like a luxury 5-star. The staff is brilliant, the breakfast is small and curated. The hotel manager is such a lovely lady. Yes it is a bit outdated, but for the price offered, you’d be hard-pressed to find something like it. Breathtaking views too! Love love love and would come back asap

If you are looking for a modern hotel in the hustle and bustle of Cannes, this probably isn’t for you - the decor isn’t as clean cut as other 5* establishments and the clientele are not loud or pretentious. But if you are looking for an quality authentic French Riviera hotel with great scenery and a chilled out vibe, this will be perfect. Hotel is on a road dubbed the Corniche d’Or - which has stunning hillside views over the Mediterranean Sea with twists & turns that any driver or cyclist will fall in love with.

The view from the Yaktsa is lovely - red rocky coast, lush greenery, luxurious villas, and the Mediterranean, of course. The restaurant/breakfast area takes full advantage of it. The pool is long enough to allow for lap swimming, and the daybeds are so comfortable and luxurious. The room felt cluttered and dark; phones, temperature control, and bathroom faucets need updating. The hotel sits below a busy street and gets some of the noise. No spa/sauna/sea access on site; access via the sister hotel Miramar lower down the hill (7 min walk). Excellent breakfast with enthusiastic, professional staff. Would not stay there again.

Its no longer a 5 star hotel. I'd give it 4 at best and you can tell it has struggled to stay afloat during Covid. I was billed more for booking through Expedia. $450 versus $313 through the hotel. If i paid $313 then I would be somewhat ok with the quality of the hotel but not completely. The hotel needs upgrading. They only offer a sauna room now, no steam room and the sauna needs to be completely redone. It's old. You didn't have proper soap to wash yourself in that sauna room. My card key to my room 37 didn't work on 6 occasions. I had to continue to ask for it to be renewed. The food at the restaurant has always been kinda blah and still is. There are only paper cups in the room. Paper-cups for everything. They offer 2 types of teas in the room, black and green. You'll have to ask for a water kettle and tea cups. I did 4 days into the stay. Only my last day tea cups I asked for were removed by staff and not replaced. When I was leaving this was annoying. I was asked if I could wait like 10-15 minutes for my luggage to be removed from the room because the front desk clerk, who is the only working at 8AM wanted to check other people out. Is she insane?! Im standing right there and I TOO need to check fully out and was there first. I told her no and should have never been asked the question. I've stayed there now 3 times and wont be back. I should have just stayed in Saint Paul de Vence. Lesson learned.

I had a booking for two night stay at the hotel. Early morning after the first night I had emergency change of plan and spoke to front desk that I need to leave. Front desk promised that they will refund the second night stay and will work with Expedia. Yesterday, I found out that they reversed their decision and won’t refund second night. It’s hard to believe that a five star hotel would dishonestly attend to their customers and say one thing while there and do the other when I left. Very disappointing and I wouldnt recommend anyone staying there.

Hotel Tiara was a beautiful oasis away from busy tourism. The view is breathtaking, especially at night. The property is so boutique that if felt like a luxury bed & breakfast. The chef customized an AMAZING vegan meal that I will never forget. And Sonya, the property manager, was magnificent. All the service and staff were stellar. It was a perfect stay!

Superb location with an exceptional view. Room was clean but would have been nice to have a vanity kit in the bathroom. The pool is amazing, peaceful and the sun beds are great. There is a shuttle service between their partner hotel with access to the beach. Both hotels are superb with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We had a great stay 😊

Lovely place with great service under normal circumstances. Breakfast staff were abit all over the place and not prepared for service during trying times. Though rest of experience was lovely. Food and room service was over priced even for 5 star. Food also not very flavoursome
