Staff were very helpful and approachable the room was clean and tidy, our experience was an enjoyable stay and we will be back

There was no air conditioning room very hot. They provided a fan which did not help much. The water pressure in the shower was awful. Room was very clean and location was good.

Clean room, great staff

The room was well cared for, clean and pleasant. The location was perfect for where I needed to be, albeit in a bit of a cafe/ coffee shop/ amenities desert, so difficult to find places for breakfast etc. The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant.

Well located as only a short walk from the main shops and not far from the train station. The room was clean and very well equipped

Well appointed room. High floor so could leave Ranchslider onto deck open as no cold air unit.

The place was quiet and within walking distance of the harbour. It was nice to have a kitchen and dining area in the suite. The staff were friendly and provided suggestions on restaurants. We liked the $15 breakfast that you can order.

Cute little apartment, the bathroom has a shower with a washer and a dryer. The room is clean and tidy, bed was super comfy. I’d say get bigger milk for coffee or bring your own.

It's a quest, typical drab decor but well situated convenient to downtown

The super studio was a perfect couple of night stay staff were lovely and welcoming Only thing I would say is our fridge was extremely cold and my partner woke up to frozen milk. Overall would 100% come back thank you for having us

Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Very nice and quiet apartment and very close to train, ferry and lots of shopping! Overall, a home away from home!

Room was clean and tidy. As a traveler, the in-room laundry washer and dryer was a much appreciated facility. After hours check in and early hours check out processes were simple and stress free. Staff on the intercom were polite and professional, making everything easy.
