For a budget hotel, it is quiet and convenient to the train station and the duomo. Reasonable comfortable bed but only one very flat pillow each. Shower is hot but water flow is weak. Satisfactory breakfast with self fry eggs. Would be nice if a toaster is available as the toastie maker don't make toast Staff were courteous and polite.

The great thing about this hotel are the staff and the location, a short walk from the train station. The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! I will absolutely be back whenever I go to Reggio Calabria again! Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Hotel management was extremely accommodating when I asked them about service and amenities in advance. They also allowed me to store a luggage at their property the day before I checked in. What was a very particular touch, when I arrived to my room the luggage was there already. The reception was very professional addressing any concerns and questions I had about the area. In spite of the Covid restrictions breakfast arrived on time delivered to my roome.

I would recommend this hotel 100%. Friendly . helpful . super clean and the rooms were excellent. It was family owned and had a 5 star restaurant and service at affordable pricing. Location was within blocks from train /bus station for easy traveling....and all the shopping and restaurants you could hope wish for.

We arrived in the evening and it took the receptionist more than 20 minutes to check us in on her computer. The room was shabby with patches of different couloirs paint in the walls. When we came down to breakfast there was no food left. The covered glass trays were all empty and the juice were empty with a bowl of strained oranges just sitting there We sat there for 15 minutes with a glass of water and nobody did a thing.

Great hotel with a very good bang for your buck. Pull out bed was a bit old but the rest was new and very comfortable.

The hotel was adequate for the one night I was in Reggio di Calabria prior to crossing to Sicily. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Stayed here just two nights and it was a great visit. The staff at the Albanuova were fantastic and very friendly. They were helpful in providing advice and went beyond in helping us. They arranged taxi's and recommended restaurants (which were excellent). Breakfast was varied and fresh. The rooms were large and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed 6 nights to tour around Calabria. This hotel is very clean, reasonably priced and close to the rail and bus stations for travel; also close to the town centre and seafront. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English. The breakfast is cold buffet style, nicely presented with a fair range of choices, including fresh orange! We would return for another stay there and recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to tour Calabria by public transport.

We were very impressed with Albanuova and its staff. Of particular interest to many couples would be the fact that they have true Queen and King size beds as opposed to the common practice of two twin mattresses. I would be hard pressed to recommend making a different choice in that area.

Excellent hôtel proche de la gare, dans un quartier calme. Accueil très chaleureux, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner agréable. Le seul hic:chambre un peu sombre

Posizione comoda, vicina alla stazione e al centro. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Camere pulite, un po' strane: palazzo d'epoca adattato.

L’hotel è molto confortevole, il personale gentile ed estremamente disponibile ( soprattutto le due ragazze alla reception). La posizione comoda e centrale.

Struttura in buone condizioni e in una posizione ottima vicinissima al centro città Buona colazione Consigliamo di rafforzare l illuminazione interna della struttura (luci degli ambienti in po troppo basse) . Personale cordiale e gentile. Struttura CONSIGLIATA

A due passi dal centro e dallo splendido lungomare. Personale gentilissimo, discreto e professionale. Camera pulita. Il ristorante dell’hotel è ottimo e a mio avviso vanta un’alta relazione qualità/prezzo.
