There were no standard amenities in the room; no tissues, no bottles of water. These are things i think all rooms should have.

If it was for the terrible room service. I would have given a better review. I know room service policies have changed throughout the hotel industry, however not getting new linen after being requested several times and not getting any, then having to go to the desk again to finally get fresh linen was very annoying. Even after putting the dirty linen in the hallway and leaving for the day, they still didn’t give us fresh linen until my wife went to the desk that night.

Property is in dire need of a refurb E.g. the silicone around our bathtub had a hole in it and was dirty. The fridge was old and carpets worn. The elevator had worn out keys. I've been a hikton member sor 15 yrs and this is one of the worst I've stayed in.

It was a good place to stay for our one night. Good breakfast for sure. The cookies upon arriving was a nice treat. Staff nice. Bed comfortable.

Spacious room. Could use updating but very convenient and clean.

Wow! The room we got was huge for the 5 of us! It was spacious and more importantly, clean. The staff who checked us in were very friendly. The pool was great & it was 24hrs so we didn't feel rushed after a long day of traveling. The gym was also very nice. Breakfast was a little limited but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!
