Great experience, beautiful resort with nice view.

Had a lovely stay in the pool access room. The room was spacious and nicely decorated but is indeed showing signs of aging (i.e. chipped wood on cabinets or crack on tiles etc). Staff were mostly friendly and professional. Location is quite remote and removed from the other parts of phuket, which means more peace and privacy. FYI, grab is quite impossible to hail from the hotel, so don't rely on that. There is a small private beach though it isn't quite the best. Sand isn't soft and white and the water isn't that clear. But it is calm so is great for water activities, which is available free of charge. They had kayak and stand up paddling. Overall a great stay.

The pavilion room is very comfortable. have peace and privacy flawless sea view There is a private pool for evening views. There are water activities to play as well. All the staff are very nice, take good care of them, have the opportunity to come again for sure.

The service staff is very good. The atmosphere is good, suitable for resting.

The atmosphere is great. The hotel is very wide. The service staff are super good. Most of the people who go to stay in a foreign country, many tours, if going to see the tour, will be very busy. But all together, well If there is a chance, he will go again.

If you want to avoid the crowd of Patong & still have your own beach, you can go with Westin Siray Bay. We got the room with private pool that look down to the main pool & all the way out to the bay, which is awesome.

Expensive 5 stars, but the room with single star service is also thought badly, not worth the money.

Problem with shower in the bathroom and they cannot fix it. The beach is not good for swimming.
