I was very frustrated with my check in. I had to pay an additional fee to get my upgrade that I always get for free. After 7 years staying at this hotel. I will not return to this hotel

Horrible staff and service. Bed was broken upon arrival. No housekeeping came without us calling the front desk to complain. Horrible experience

Great location and pool/beach area. The buffet for breakfast and dinner is good, but at the time I went it was too crowded and made it kind of chaotic. The room is ok, not very small, and renewed which is appreciated in this area. My opinion is that the hotel is improving, they have something to keep upgrading, but is a good choice in Porto the Galinhas. However they have better competitors close by.

Hotel lindo e com estrutura maravilhosa. Piscinas, bar, restaurante, redes, espreguiçadeiras (na piscina e na praia). Os preços de comidas e bebidas não são abusivos, estão na média dos praticados em restaurantes e pousadas da região. Quarto espaçoso (o banheiro podia ser um pouco maior), limpo, cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Equipe atenciosa, simpática e prestativa. O café da manhã é muito bom, com várias opções de frutas, pães, pratos quentes, sucos. Só não gostei muito do trecho de praia, pois o mar é um pouco revolto, mas tem uma faixa de areia maravilhosa.

Unclear description in Expedia (?) led to a massive and expensive family room with 3 beds, for 2 persons. Expensive room and an extra R $150 charge per day for the second person. Facing the back parking lot. For R $750 per day. Very busy hotel; masses of children; cavernous hall for breakfast where significant queues were common. Pools packed with bodies. Not enough beach chaises or umbrellas; forced to sit on the sand or up on lawn / patio (still without an umbrella). Staff mostly blasé and uninterested. Poor value for money; not worth the annoyance.

If I return to Porto Galinhas, I will stay again in this hotel

The hotel as such was a fine but you could tell it is a bit dated but clean. My room was on the ground floor and it was a bit dark. On my arrival I had to explain them what half board means. After google translater apparently confirmed my explanation and a call to the line manager I got breakfast and dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful but not all of them spoke English but I got the information I wanted which was fine. The food as such was good and plentiful just the fruits weren't as good as I was used to from other hotels in Brazil, but I only stayed there one night so it could have been a glitch. The tapioca for breakfast was very good.

Não indico para casais em filho. Um barulho terrrivel dentro do hotel (karooke no volume 10 , crianças correndo , palhaço falando alto no microfone. Comida (café da manhã ) - boa ; Limpeza do quarto ficou a desejar. Cheiro de urina forte no vaso sanitário.

Achei péssimo para um resort Aposentos precisando de reforma. Muito barulho, só conseguia fazer meu filho dormir após as 22 horas que era quando acabava a música. Brinquedos velhos. Comida muito básica para resort Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Hotel muito caro para o que entrega. Meu quarto foi arrumado 4h da tarde. O ar condicionado tava pingando e molhando o quarto todo. A porta do banheiro é toda inchada. O Atendimento do restaurante foi terrível, além de quase não sermos atendidos, ainda tiveram um problema com meu prato que demorou mais de 1h para ser entregue. Me obrigaram a ficar falando com o "concierge" que só queria ficar me vendendo e foi super chato. O travesseiro é terrível. Não volto e não indico para ninguém.

Resort Horrivel... paguei o quarto mais caro, o quarto parecia um rio... o ar condicionado vazando agua... tive que limpar varias vezes durante o dia. Falamos na recepcao, disseram que iam enviar alguem e nunca fizeram. Paguei 1.800 reais de diaria para passar por isso? Estou tentando carregar as fotos para enviar, porem o aplicativo nao esta abrindo a opcao de ENVIAR FOTOS
