The property is close to the bus stop. Breakfast was very good.

Staff was good. Complimentary breakfast could be a bit better. Lots of noise from surrounding occupants. Could have a quiet time after a certain hour.

They charge my card again. With out a reason I was there only one night they charge a second night after I checked out. And they gave me higher price for booking on line. Walking ins where given a lower rate.

The rooms are nice and clean. Receptionist could be courteous for when asking how to connect to WiFi she offered instructions rudely. Anyhow WiFi is of low quality and hard to connect to.

Nice restaurant for dinner

Ya le hace falta una renovación a los cuartos, parecen viejos, los colores ya está pasado de moda, el piso se ve sucio y dañado, no nos pudimos accesar al wifi del cuarto y todos los días tuvimos que pedir que nos activaran la llave del cuarto. 5 estrellas para las albercas, precio hospedaje y paquetes del bufet, y agradecimiento al mesero Juan Horacio fue muy atento y amable en el comedor, muy servicial.

OK for a stop on the way, but nothing extraordinary. Kids enjoyed playing in the pool, but it was a bit dirty.

It's a old building. Nothing like the pictures. The pool was dirty. And every single day i have to activate my key to enter my room. I ask for another pillow and they tell me they can't give me a extra one. For Several days the power just came and go. And i was lucky if they put new towels in the bathroom. If they left any towels.

We have stayed here before- this time it just felt grimy. Also, the parking lot was full to overflowing.

Beautiful property with many plants and grass. Great value for the price. Very kid-friendly. Excellent pool area for kids. Rooms simple and clean.

We have stayed here before , this time the staff was really hard to deal with. I goofed up a reservation and only put 1 person down for a double bedded room . They made me pay $150 pesos for each extra person. I explained to them that I had already paid for the room they were not accommodating at all. The front desk girls were never welcoming. The Pool is nice and is open late, kid friendly with a slide and small kiddie pool.

Online we were told there was a gym to use nearby, there was not. There is only 1 pool, not 2, and the air conditioning did not work, it was cooler outside than in our room. The service was not good either, front desk staff was very rude and slow. Their were 4 of us staying in a room with 2 doubles and it was a struggle just to get enough towels for each of us as well as getting more than one key card. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel, not a very nice experience on our family vacation.

The pool hours were not regulated , and there were loud parties at night that didn’t let us sleep . Also they were doing construction on the room next to ya and would start hammering at 830am . Also every time we left the hotel our room card key would disactivate , to the point where I would just stop at the front desk to reactive it each time we got back .
